[Bing Wang] said: "Spring is the sky, and it is the Lord of occurrence." Spring is the sky, and everything between heaven and earth has changed from the closed state in winter to the germinal state, so everything begins to germinate in spring and then enters the germinal stage, so spring is the master of occurrence, that is to say, spring is in charge of the germinal growth of everything.

[Li Xun] said: "In spring, everything is animistic and its color is pale." In spring, everything begins to sprout, and the color of everything is pale. The original meaning of light color is grass color, cyan or green. So everything began to sprout in spring, and their colors were all cyan or green.

The spirit of heaven is clean. When the weather is clean, people's aspirations and intentions will be straightened out, because the weather is connected with people. There are five gods in human's five zang-organs. The center of the five zang-organs stores the spirit, the liver stores the soul, the spleen stores the spirit, the lung stores the spirit, and the kidney stores the will. When the weather is clean, the will and mind can be cured, that is to say, the kidney and spleen in the five internal organs can be straightened out to achieve the best balance; Kidney and spleen are the innate and acquired foundations of human body, so spleen and kidney play a huge role in human body. Therefore, if we conform to this essence, then people's yang will be consolidated externally, and even if there is a false wind of evil thieves, it will not cause harm to the human body. This can be done in chronological order! What is the chronological order? It is to live in the order of four seasons in spring, summer, autumn and winter, that is, to nourish yang in spring and summer and yin in autumn and winter. Only saints can adapt to the changes of the four seasons, concentrate, adapt to the pure atmosphere of heaven and communicate with the gods of the body. If people can't adapt to the operation of the four seasons, they won't correspond to the clean air in the sky, and they will lose the powerful protective effect of yang. Yang will not be reached from the inside out, thus forming occlusion, so that the nine orifices of the human body are closed internally and the external muscles are blocked; Yang Qi cannot nourish the skin through muscles, so Stephy will dissipate. This is that people do not conform to the cleanliness of the weather, causing injuries, so it is called self-injury, that is, they have caused injuries to themselves due to their own reasons; Because the yang is not strong, it is also called qi-cutting, and qi is weak.
