How to connect the warm air pipe of harvester

1. According to the query of machinery network, the heating water pipe of the harvester is not suitable for bonding in high humidity environment, and the operation place should be far away from the fire source to prevent collision.

2. Before the pipes and fittings of the harvester warm air water pipe are bonded, clean cotton yarn or dry cloth should be used to wipe the inside and outside of the socket, and the bonding surface should be kept clean. If the surface is stained with oil, wipe it with cotton yarn dipped in acetone and other cleaning agents.

3. When applying adhesive with an oil brush, first apply the inside of the socket, and then apply the outside of the socket. When smearing the socket, spit evenly and properly from the inside to the outside along the axial direction, and it is not allowed to miss or smear too thick.

4. Connect the inlet and outlet pipes on the harvester heater, and then open the valve.
