How to unblock the small heating tank when it is blocked?
Common heating systems in automobiles can be divided into three types: coolant heating, gas heating and tail gas heating. Coolant heating is used in automobiles. It consists of cooling liquid, water pump, water valve, blower, warm air water tank (heater core) and other components. The coolant is heated by the engine, and the heated water is pressurized by the water pump, and then enters the warm air water tank from the water inlet of the warm air water pipe through the rotary water valve controlling the coolant flow, and the coolant entering the warm air water tank enters the engine from the water outlet of the warm air water pipe, and so on.
When the heater box (heater core) is heated by the coolant, the blower is also working. The blower sucks the cold air inside or outside the car, and then blows it to the heater tank. Cold air is heated by the warm air tank and blown into the car, thus increasing the temperature inside the car. Under the normal working condition of the air conditioner, the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are hot due to circulation. If it is cold, it means that the warm air tank has been blocked, and the cooling liquid cannot circulate effectively, which leads to the phenomenon that the cold air blown by the blower is not heated by the warm air tank, which leads to the warm air not being hot.
