6. From 7: 00 to 22: 00, the following roads are prohibited from passing freight vehicles of 2 tons or more.

(2) Yuanmingyuan West Road (from Malianwa North Road in the north to Summer Palace Road in the south);

7. Shangdi Third Street (from the east entrance of Shangdi Third Street to the west entrance of Shangdi Third Street) and Information Road (from Shangdi Information Roundabout to Shangdi South Road) are closed to freight vehicles from 7: 00 to 22: 00. As recognized by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Transportation, special passenger tricycles engaged in hutong tour business in Dongcheng, Xicheng and Xuanwu districts are only allowed to travel within the specified hutong tour routes.

Four, vehicle driving regulations
1, second and third ring road vehicle driving regulations
(1) Only cars with a displacement of 1.0 liter (excluding) are allowed to pass in the first lane on the left side of the second and third ring roads, and taxis and other vehicles are not allowed to drive in this lane.
(2) The outermost lane of the main road of the Second Ring Road and the Third Ring Road (excluding the section near the entrance and exit of 120m), from 7: 00 to 8: 30, and from 17 to 18: 30, only buses, buses and station wagons with more than 9 seats are allowed to pass, and other vehicles are allowed to pass through the road at other times to prevent traffic. Buses, buses and station wagons with more than 9 seats are only allowed to drive in sequence in this lane. When there is an obstacle ahead, only one adjacent motor vehicle lane is allowed to borrow to the left, and you must drive back to the original lane immediately after passing the obstacle.
(3) Taxis and social vehicles are strictly prohibited from entering or temporarily parking at bus stops in the Second and Third Ring Roads.
(4) The maximum speed limit of vehicles on the main roads of the Second Ring Road and the Third Ring Road is 80 km/h, and the minimum speed limit of vehicles on the main roads (excluding entrances and exits) is 50 km/h when the front is unobstructed and the line of sight is good. 2, the fourth ring road vehicle management regulations
(1) The first, second and third lanes on the left side of the Fourth Ring Road along the driving direction of motor vehicles are small lanes, of which the first and second lanes are dedicated to passenger cars; The fourth lane is a big lane.
(2) The first lane of the main road of the Fourth Ring Road is only for cars; Small trucks are only allowed to drive in the third and fourth lanes, and large vehicles are only allowed to drive in the fourth lane. When vehicles borrow prohibited lanes to overtake, they are only allowed to borrow adjacent lanes, and should immediately drive back to the original lane after overtaking.
