Many people will go to the market to buy some cheap turtles for release, but generally they will buy Brazilian tortoises, which are an invasive species in China. A large number of released turtles will have an impact on local wild aquatic species, destroy the ecological balance and have a counterproductive effect.

There are also some people who bought expensive turtles and released them, but they didn't do their homework in advance. They don't know that some turtles are tortoises and are afraid of water. They swam back after being released into the water, and thought it was their sincerity that kept the turtles from leaving. Don't laugh.
