How to use cyclone dust collector in dust removal?
The cyclone dust collector consists of a cylinder, a cone, an air inlet pipe, an air outlet pipe and an ash discharge pipe. The working process of cyclone dust collector is that when dusty gas enters cyclone separator from tangential air inlet, the airflow will change from linear motion to circular motion. Most of the rotating airflow flows downward from the cylinder and flows to the cone along the wall of the device, which is usually called external rotating airflow. Dust-containing gas generates centrifugal force in the process of rotation, which throws dust particles with relative density greater than that of gas to the device wall. Once the dust particles contact the wall, they lose the radial inertia force, and fall down along the wall by downward momentum and gravity, and enter the ash discharge pipe. When the rotating and descending cyclone gas reaches the cone, it moves closer to the center of the dust collector due to the contraction of the cone. According to the principle that "rotating moment" is constant, its tangential speed is constantly improved, and its centrifugal force on dust particles is also constantly strengthened. When the airflow reaches a certain position at the lower end of the cone, it turns from the middle of the cyclone separator from bottom to top in the same direction of rotation and continues to spiral, that is, the internal rotating airflow. Finally, the purified gas is discharged through the exhaust pipe, and some dust particles that are not captured are also discharged.
