Qude Yunnan Baiyao
Qu was born in Guangxu period. When he was young, he abandoned his wife and children and went to Gejiu, Yunnan Province to sell homespun for a living. Once, he suddenly had a terrible stomachache and almost died. Fortunately, Yao Lianjun, a pharmacist, saved him in time. From then on, I decided to study medicine and worship Yao Lianjun as my teacher. In a few years, Yao Lianjun made a biography because he was diligent and focused on learning. Since then, we have traveled across mountains and mountains to find and taste all kinds of folk Chinese herbal medicines to alleviate the suffering of poor villagers. He tried many times on some Chinese herbal medicines, and finally prepared a white powder medicine, Yunnan Baiyao, which is famous at home and abroad. There are many stories about the advent of Baiyao among the people. When he was young, Qu liked to catch stone mussels in the rice fields near the village. Because he was afraid that they would escape, he broke the leg of the stone clam and threw it into the basket. By the way, he pulled some grass to plug the basket and took it home. Unexpectedly, when I got home, I found that the stone clam with broken leg in the basket was alive and kicking again. Qu is a treasure. After repeated trial production and practice, he finally created Yunnan Baiyao, a "holy medicine for traumatology". When Qu Shaojian recalled those stories, his words showed reverence for his ancestors. However, this is only a legend. Although many people of Zhao Guan's older generation have heard of the miraculous effect of "supporting bones", this magical story has never been verified.
Qu Shaojian also heard an objective statement about the origin of Baiyao from his grandfather, grandmother and elders. Qu was born in 1880, and his parents died since childhood. When I was young, I suddenly fell seriously ill and fell on an old street. At that time, he swore that whoever saved his life would study medicine and save the world. Later, he was rescued by Yao Lianjun, a traveling doctor who was proficient in surgical pharmacology. Later, Qu Zhanghuan took Yao Lianjun as his teacher and followed him to travel to northern Yunnan, Sichuan and Guizhou. Mentors and apprentices go around collecting medicines and practicing medicine. Under the guidance of Professor Yao Lianjun, within a few years, Qu got all the true stories of his master. 1902, qu developed a wound medicine named "qu Bai Bao Dan", which has strong anti-inflammatory, hemostatic, blood circulation promoting and blood stasis removing effects. Qu also became a famous traumatologist in Jiangchuan, Yuxi and Huaning.
