Where does Guixi refer to?

Western Guangxi refers to the Zhuang Autonomous Region in western Guangxi.

Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the old place name of Guangxi, is equivalent to 1952+02, which was established in June. At present, it governs Yishan, Yongning and Baise, and 34 counties. That is, Luocheng, Huanjiang, Hechi, Nandan, Tiane, Xincheng, Du 'an, Yishan, Sanjiang, Damiaoshan, Mashan, Wuming, Longan, Fusui, Zhendu, Daxin, Jinlong, Chongzuo, Ningming, Shanglin, Yongning, Shangsi and Longlin at that time.

The natural environment in Guangxi

Guangxi is located at a low latitude, with the Tropic of Cancer running through the central part, bordering tropical oceans in the south, Nanling Mountains in the north and Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau in the west, belonging to subtropical monsoon climate zone and tropical monsoon climate. The climate is warm, with abundant rainfall and sunshine. In summer, the sunshine time is long, the temperature is high, the precipitation is high, and in winter, the sunshine time is short, and the weather is dry and warm.

Affected alternately by warm and humid airflow in southwest China and denatured cold air mass in north China, meteorological disasters such as drought, rainstorm, tropical cyclone, strong wind, thunderstorm, hail and low temperature chilling injury (freezing) are more common, and the annual average temperature is 17.5 ~ 23.5℃.
