Planning information for Yancheng Spring and Autumn Theme Park (Lvwei Landscape Planning and Design Institute)

Planning is both a systematic project and a dynamic process. It cannot be completed in one step. This phased development is an important way to plan implementation. While studying issues such as site selection, project content, and investment direction at each stage, this plan fully leaves room for flexibility, including target flexibility, resource flexibility, and time flexibility. It adopts compact, centralized, and group-based methods to achieve each stage. Relatively centralized, economically and rationally utilizes infrastructure, and ensures smooth connection at each stage.

1. Spring and Autumn Yancheng Tourist Area Master Plan

Only when a scenic spot has its own characteristics can it have vitality, and only when it has characteristics can it be different from other scenic spots and become competitive. The biggest feature of the Yancheng Tourist Area is the Spring and Autumn Yancheng Ruins. The Yancheng Ruins are a national key cultural relic protection unit, a precious cultural heritage, and the cultural origin on which the Yancheng Tourist Area relies for its survival and development.

According to the overall planning of the entire tourist area as a "cultural and leisure tourist destination relying on the Chinese Spring and Autumn Cultural Brand" and the image positioning of "a trip back and forth for a thousand years, the Spring and Autumn Period is in Yancheng", we It is believed that in the spatial layout of tourism development, the Yancheng Heritage Park, the core attraction of the Yancheng tourist area, should be highlighted to form a reasonable tourism structure, with the Spring and Autumn Culture as the connotation, and strive to achieve an organic integration of culture and environment to form a holistic tourist area attractiveness, and rationally allocate tourism industry elements to improve the functional layout of tourist areas. Therefore, we proposed that the overall planning goal of the Spring and Autumn Yancheng Tourism Area is to scientifically and rationally develop and utilize Yancheng tourism resources on the premise of effectively protecting heritage resources, rationally carry out tourism layout and project construction, and straighten out the relationship between various functional intervals. , guide and promote the rapid and sustainable development of Yancheng Tourist Area, and build the Chinese Spring and Autumn Yancheng Tourist Area into a national 5A-level tourist area, and then become the urban cultural business card of Changzhou City.

1. Heritage protection and tourism development: three-tier protection system, circle-type development

The Yancheng site belongs to the national cultural protection unit and is the best-preserved Spring and Autumn ancient city in China, "Sanhe" The urban layout of "three cities" is really rare. According to the "Cultural Relics Protection Law" and the "Master Plan for the Protection and Utilization of Yancheng Sites" (Nanjing Museum, September 2007), the area within 200 meters outside the outer city river is a protected area, and there are also construction control zones and environmental coordination areas outside it. Cultural relic protection and tourism development form a contradiction.

As the core attraction of this tourist area, the Yancheng ruins represent the history of the Spring and Autumn Period and form the cultural origin of Yancheng’s cultural and leisure industry. How to deal with the contradiction between heritage protection and tourism development is what we are planning in this plan. The first problem to solve.

To this end, we have put forward the planning idea of "deficit inside and outside reality, and protect the Yancheng ruins during construction and development". The so-called "inner void" means that no large-scale construction will be carried out in the ruins, and the historical buildings will only be simulated at certain nodes without affecting or destroying the old appearance of the Yancheng ruins, and various techniques will be used to try to render the historical atmosphere and sightseeing of the ruins. Tourism experience environment. The so-called "external solidity" refers to the need to solidify the surrounding functional divisions based on the ruins, extend Yancheng culture to the Spring and Autumn Culture, create systematic Spring and Autumn cultural tourism products, and form complete service functions, clear commercial formats, and corresponding Business operation operating model. It is to carry out scientific and reasonable overall planning for the protection and utilization of the Yancheng ruins, and combine the protection of the ruins with urban planning and construction, ecological environment construction, and social and economic development, so that its authenticity, integrity and ornamental value can be effectively protected and inheritance, while protecting the Yancheng ruins, promoting the organic unity of social benefits, ecological benefits and economic benefits, and seeking a harmonious relationship between heritage protection and social development.

According to this planning idea, we propose a planning policy to protect the Yancheng ruins according to a three-level system of key protected areas, general protected areas and construction control zones, and carry out circle-type development and construction within the tourist area.

(1) Key protected areas: This area is a prohibited construction area. Except for the protection and display project of Yancheng ruins and the basic supporting facilities and environmental restoration necessary for management, no other construction activities are allowed; Activities that may affect the Yancheng ruins and its environment are not allowed within this scope, and the population and residential capacity of the control area is 0.

(2) General protected areas: The protection regulations are the same as those of "key protected areas".

(3) Construction control zone: This area is a restricted construction area. Construction projects unrelated to the site and its historical environment are not allowed to be built. Facilities related to the protection, display, and utilization of the site should be in accordance with the requirements of the site utilization plan. The style and style of the building should be consistent with the background environment of the site. The height limit for buildings is 5 meters and the height limit for structures is 6 meters.

2. Planning structure and functional zoning: One Heart, One Ring, Five Areas

The Yancheng ruins and the surrounding Yancheng Wildlife World and Appraisal Areas have been formed within the tourist area. The site layout includes a lake, a group of antique buildings, an open square in front of the ruins gate, and the rural agricultural area in the north of the ruins. However, they are functionally independent of each other and lack organic connections. They cannot be implemented on the site to form a whole with a unified theme, complementary functions and smooth circulation.

The Feng Shui pattern of "Three Cities and Three Rivers" has been preserved inside the Yancheng site. Among them, the outer city has the best available site area and conditions, and the outer city river has the widest surface, which is suitable for the development of water sightseeing and leisure activities; the inner city river The scenery and leisure environment are the best; the water surfaces of the sub-city and the inner city are not connected; the outer city river is connected to Jianhu Lake and the river outside the district, but many of the original "eight rivers" have been silted up.

Based on a full analysis of the existing site pattern, we based on various specifications and standards, combined with the Changzhou City Tourism Development Plan, Changzhou City Urban Development Master Plan and Yancheng Site Protection and Utilization Plan, and based on the overall plan, we The positioning of the entire tourist area revolves around the Yancheng Heritage Park, combined with the historical and cultural content of the Spring and Autumn Period and the new demands of tourists for the heritage tourist area, and in accordance with the planning model of "point, line, and surface" comprehensive layout, forming a "one heart" , one ring, five areas" planning structure.

According to the overall planning layout requirements, we divide the Spring and Autumn Yancheng Tourist Area into the entrance service area, heritage park sightseeing area, cultural and commercial area, Spring and Autumn Cultural Experience Area, Spring and Autumn Cultural Leisure Area and Urban Forest Sightseeing Area, and In each functional area, a corresponding cultural sightseeing, amusement experience, cultural experience, forest leisure and other tourism product systems are formed, emphasizing the reasonable allocation of tourism products and other tourism elements.

Among them, the ruins park tourist area is an important ruins protection area and the soul of the entire Spring and Autumn Yancheng tourist area; the cultural and commercial area and the urban forest tourist area are the current built-up areas.

In the Spring and Autumn Cultural Experience Area, in addition to making full use of the current terrain conditions to create a cultural and entertainment section, and allowing tourists to communicate with the Spring and Autumn Culture "zero distance" through amusement-oriented participation, the more important thing is to consider The accumulation of tourism popularity in this sector will bring potential consumption to the adjacent cultural and commercial district.

The Spring and Autumn Cultural and Leisure Area is a cultural and leisure section. The function of this section is to expand the cultural connotation of Yancheng, feature the Spring and Autumn Culture, combine the Spring and Autumn Culture with leisure tourism, and make up for the development restrictions within the site. Yancheng culture serves as an introduction, pushing the Spring and Autumn cultural experience to a climax. Visitors can relax and savor the Spring and Autumn period here.

3. Road traffic planning - entrance, dynamic traffic, parking lot

In the road traffic system planning of Yancheng tourist area, we based on the tourism scale, ecological environment characteristics and environmental capacity , service characteristics and management needs, and considering the ecological environment and cultural relics protection requirements of the Yancheng ruins area, five entrances to the scenic spot, as well as land transportation and water transportation, are planned. The land transportation is divided into a secondary road system, and the water transportation runs through each functional area. , ***The government has set up eight terminals with Jianhu Pier as the hub.

In terms of static traffic planning, in order to meet the future development needs of the scenic spot, we have planned and set up three large and medium-sized centralized parking lots and two underground parking lots near each entrance area.

In terms of entrance settings, we make full use of the existing scenic area entrances. At the same time, in order to facilitate tourists and scenic area management needs, and to ensure that all five functional blocks have entrances, we set up the entrance in the tourist area*** Five entrances are planned to connect with external roads. The planning and setting of the entrance conforms to the requirements of national regulations and will not affect adjacent urban road traffic.

In the planning of the road traffic system in the entire tourist area, we adopt the traffic planning method of "separation of people and vehicles" to separate motor vehicle lanes from pedestrian paths, which plays a role in smooth, convenient and smooth traffic organization in the scenic area. The role of diversion. We plan the main land ring that runs through the five functional blocks as the main road in the tourist area, and the main road connects the secondary roads in each scenic area. In the current situation of tourist areas, each scenic area basically has a road system within it, and it is its own system. Therefore, during planning, we tried our best to make use of the road system in the scenic area to reduce investment.

In addition, we have also planned a water transportation system along the water system in the tourist area. There are 8 tourist piers in the entire tourist area. From the pier, you can visit various functional areas through waterways, among which Jianhu Pier is a water transportation hub and the first stop for tourists to transfer from first-class roads to water transportation.

4. Tour route system planning: water and land travel in parallel, see Yancheng from all angles

In terms of tour route system planning, we follow the two transportation systems of water and land, through land tour routes and waterways The tour route is planned and designed in two ways, realizing a triple tour structure of visiting Yancheng on land, admiring Yancheng on the water, and viewing Yancheng from the air.

(1) Land tour route. The main land loop of the tourist area is the main road along the urban forest sightseeing area, Spring and Autumn Cultural Leisure Area, Spring and Autumn Cultural Experience Area, cultural and commercial blocks and entrance service area. The main road connects various scenic spots, and there are temporary parking stations for battery vehicles along the way. There are tour routes composed of secondary roads in each scenic area, and the methods adopted are through-through type, radial type, etc.

(2) Water upstream line. The main water loop in the tourist area is the connection between the docks in each scenic area, and water transportation runs through each functional area. There are eight wharfs in the tourist area, with Jianhu Lake as the main distribution wharf. Through the water gate of the Waicheng River, you can enter the core area of Yancheng ruins, go south to the wildlife sightseeing area, and go north to the Spring and Autumn Period. The cultural and leisure area forms the main water upstream line of this scenic area.

2. Detailed construction planning of Spring and Autumn Paradise

The Spring and Autumn Paradise section (i.e. the Spring and Autumn Cultural Experience Area) is a recent key construction project determined in the overall planning of the Spring and Autumn Yancheng Tourist Area. It is positioned as a cultural entertainment section in the overall plan. It uses an amusement-oriented participation method to allow tourists to communicate with Spring and Autumn culture at "zero distance" and greatly enhance the appeal of culture.

In the current situation of the Spring and Autumn Paradise section, , there are Jian Lake, the original ruins square and a rich water system, which laid an innate advantage for us in the design. Therefore, in the detailed architectural planning of Spring and Autumn Paradise, it is necessary to accurately grasp the theme positioning of the planning area and make full use of the current conditions of the planning area for planning and design.

For the functional zoning layout of the tourist area, we plan and design according to the principles of "dynamic and static zoning" and shaping "emotional lines". Through the arrangement of functional blocks, an "emotional line" is formed, allowing tourists to gradually feel the profoundness of Spring and Autumn culture as the tour progresses, and their mood gradually reaches a climax. For example, the "Hundred Scholars Theme Area" is planned next to the entrance square. Here, through the arrangement of various products in the theme area, the connotation of Spring and Autumn Culture is comprehensively introduced to tourists, so that tourists can have a general understanding of Spring and Autumn Culture. Then as the tour progresses, various targeted theme areas are planned along the route.

In the planning of the entrance area, we separated pedestrian traffic and vehicle traffic, thus forming two entrances for vehicles and pedestrians. The vehicle entrance is the main entrance to the entire tourist area. Another important reason for planning like this is to form a planning layout form of "axis intersecting" here. This layout form is very common in the layout of ancient Chinese cities. Such a layout often gives people a sense of grandeur.

In the entrance service area, opposite the main entrance is a landscape avenue, and opposite the pedestrian entrance is a pedestrian passage. The two avenues form two axes, intersecting at the distribution square in the middle.

This kind of layout shocks tourists not only visually but also emotionally, making them eager to enter the scenic spot to take a look.

There is a parking lot planned near the main entrance area. We not only ecologically treated the parking lot, but also designed some Spring and Autumn cultural symbols on it (such as patterns, small imitation Spring and Autumn utensils, Spring and Autumn quotes) ), thereby forming a parking lot with a cultural atmosphere of the Spring and Autumn Period, and it is also a "cultural warm-up" space.

In the Spring and Autumn Paradise Scenic Area, the recreational route system is clear and clear. We have planned a main tour line that connects each theme area together. There are secondary tour lines planned in each theme area. Visitors can enter each theme area through the secondary tour line.
