Introduction to Banliang Ancient Village
Banliang Ancient Village was built in the late Song Dynasty and early Yuan Dynasty and flourished in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It has a history of more than 600 years. The whole village has the same surname and the same clan, and they are descendants of Liu, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty. It is a typical clan settlement in southern Hunan.
The entire ancient village covers an area of 3 square kilometers. Backed by the elephant ridge, it stretches flat. It stands on a mountain and is very large.
