Du Xinhui's personal profile

Du Xinhui, political engineer, member of the Communist Party of China. Born in Fan Village, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province in November 1947, he became a worker at the Third National Cotton Factory in March 1964. He joined the army in 1968 and served successively as the tank regiment reconnaissance platoon leader, security section chief, security officer of the 80th Division, and deputy director of the regiment political office. In 1985, he transferred to Shijiazhuang Materials Trading Center as the Director of Human Resources and Security Division. In 1997, he was transferred to China Unicom Hebei Branch as Human Resources Manager. In 2000, he was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Shijiazhuang Branch. He retired in 2007. He is currently a member of the Architectural Culture Expert Committee of the China Architectural Culture Center, a researcher at the Peking University National Conditions Research Center, vice president of the International Yi Studies Association, vice president of the Chinese Zhouyi Association, director of the Qimen Dunjia Institute of the Chinese Yi Studies Culture Research Institute, Beijing Normal University, and Hebei Province Vice president of Zhouyi Research Association and consultant of Hebei Folk Culture Association.

Since 1979, combined with security work, he has long-term study and research on criminal investigation theory, criminal psychology, and written 6 papers on criminal psychology. He has solved many criminal cases and assisted public security agencies in going abroad to solve fraud cases. After being transferred to Hebei China Unicom, he used Yi Xue theory to successfully detect the 600,000 phone bill fraud case and the corruption case of the Finance Minister. While working at Shijiazhuang China Unicom Company, I deeply explored and studied construction culture and management, successfully completed project construction and other tasks, and achieved three firsts in the construction projects I focused on, namely, project quality first, construction speed first, and fund utilization ( least) first.

Mr. Du Xinhui is a prominent researcher in the contemporary applied research on Qimen Dunjia. In 1996, at the 9th International Symposium on Book of Changes and Modernization, Mr. Du Xinhui performed a live public prediction performance, which caused a great sensation in the conference. Researcher Guo Zhicheng from the Institute of I Ching, Jilin Academy of Social Sciences praised him for his superb predictions.

Since 1997, Mr. Du Xinhui has used modern scientific and technological means to study traditional Chinese studies theories, starting from astronomy, geography, mathematical analysis, systems theory, and operations research to analyze the operations of the traditional Chinese Zhouyi and Qimen Dunjia. Learn theories, critically inherit the essence of traditional culture, get rid of superstitions, integrate theory with practice, and explore scientific Qimen Dunjia mathematical analysis and operational research theories. He has achieved significant results and has been affirmed and praised by authoritative institutions at home and abroad such as the China Architectural Culture Center. He has given lectures throughout the country, Singapore and Macau. He compiled and published works such as "The Book of Changes and Shang Zhan", "The Book of Changes and Marriage", "The Book of Changes and Pepsi", "The Book of Changes and Thirty-Six Strategies", etc. Currently working on "The Book of Changes and Wealth Strategy" and "The Book of Changes and the Environment". The book clearly discusses the four characteristics and eight laws of Qimen Dunjia as well as the temporal content, spatial content, mathematical content and operating rules of the model, which fully demonstrates that the Qimen Dunjia model is a model that can simulate the laws of things and can be repeated. Models and practice are the only criteria for testing truth. Each book has been verified with a large number of real-life examples. Whether the model is true or false is demonstrated by examples. The book is neither vulgar nor vulgar, and is realistic. It not only promotes traditional culture, but also conforms to current policies. It also provides a platform for in-depth research for Qimen enthusiasts. It is actually a leader in inheriting and promoting the excellent traditional national culture today.

As an operations research expert who integrates modern science and traditional theory, Mr. Du Xinhui was invited to participate in the planning of the South-to-North Water Diversion project across Guchangshan County, the comprehensive management planning of the Hutuo River, the planning of the city and county administrative centers, and the cultural protection of the ancient city of Zhengding Demonstration of major projects such as , Yellow River Ling Removal and so on. Participated in consulting activities for major construction projects such as Zhengding New District, Zhengding International Airport expansion, and Shijiazhuang South Ring Expressway route plan. Using traditional theory, system theory and comprehensive analysis methods, we provide consultation and planning for hundreds of enterprises and institutions. Especially in terms of the cultural protection planning of the ancient city of Zhengding, he led a professional team to Zhengding for investigation and survey many times, read a large amount of literature, combined with internationally advanced planning concepts and the essence of traditional culture, and wrote a 6,000-word "On the Protection and Traditional Feng Shui of the Ancient City of Zhengding" Essay on the Sublation of Culture. Published in the anthology "Let the "Eternal Beauty" Shine Again" held by the Shijiazhuang CPPCC in September 2010 at the China Shijiazhuang Zhengding Ancient City Cultural Protection Summit Forum (published by China Literature and History Press in January 2011), proposing suggestions for the protection of the ancient city cultural concepts and decision-making suggestions.
