Hangzhou Marathon is co-sponsored by Zhejiang Sports Bureau and Hangzhou Municipal People's Government. It is a marathon event undertaken by Zhejiang Sports Competition Center, Zhejiang Huanglong Sports Center, Hangzhou Sports Bureau and Zhejiang Marathon and Road Running Association.
