What are the symptoms of the broken warm water tank?
The automobile warm air box belongs to the heating part of the automobile air conditioning system. In winter, we rely on warm air tanks to keep warm in the car. Warm air box is generally made of aluminum or copper radiator, and its structure is basically the same as that of engine radiator, but its shape is smaller.
The damage of the heater box still has a certain impact on the vehicle. For example, the blockage of the warm air tank will cause poor coolant circulation, and we will have no warm air in winter. However, if the heater tank leaks, there will always be fog on the front windshield, which is difficult to remove and there will be odor. Seriously, it will also cause antifreeze to flow into the car, and the engine is short of water and high temperature. Although this problem doesn't happen often, we can't ignore it.
Small warm air water tank is blocked, which is generally divided into two situations: valve blockage or warm water tank channel blockage;
When the engine temperature is normal, you can turn the warm air temperature to the maximum and turn the fan to the maximum. If there is no warm air, it is basically blocked.
There are two main points to prevent the warm air small water tank from blocking:
1, keep the cooling water clean (don't add ordinary water casually, or use tap water when there is water shortage, which will cause scaling in the waterway), replace the cooling liquid once every 2 or 3 years, or the cooling liquid is turbid, and clean the water tank waterway in time before replacing the cooling liquid;
2. Turn on the warm air twice a month in summer, so that the coolant can circulate through the warm air small water tank to reduce the scale blockage.
