Commissioner Fan's personal performance report: First, raise awareness and enhance the sense of mission.
CPPCC member is a special political identity, shouldering the trust of the people and the obligation to perform their duties. Every time when others hear that I am a member of CPPCC, the envy and admiration in my eyes not only make me feel the glory and pride of being a member of CPPCC, but also always spur me to work actively. After listening to the wonderful speeches of leaders and the discussions of CPPCC members, I further clarified the nature, responsibilities and tasks of CPPCC, and understood that so many good things that won the hearts of the people and were praised by the people were solved through the proposals of CPPCC members, and I also understood the responsibilities and missions shouldered by a CPPCC member. "CPPCC is a stage, and members are actors". The role of members is directly related to the image and function of CPPCC. After every CPPCC meeting, I am thinking deeply: As a member of CPPCC, how should I constantly enrich myself? How to do your job well? How to truthfully reflect social conditions and public opinion and put forward good proposals beneficial to the people? In order to solve these problems, I read a lot of materials and books and consulted some old members. I finally understand that it is not enough to be a famous and excellent member, but also to consciously strengthen study, be brave in practice, safeguard the overall situation, and be an excellent, competent and reassuring CPPCC member.
Second, strengthen learning and improve the ability to perform their duties.
Persisting in learning and improving learning is an urgent need to adapt to the development of the situation and fulfill the functions of CPPCC. Therefore, I always regard learning as a political responsibility, as the foundation and source of increasing talents, improving work ability and ruling level. Combined with the requirements of the new situation and new tasks, I not only learned the relevant knowledge of CPPCC, but also systematically studied the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress and its related laws and regulations. In particular, I have carefully studied the knowledge about CPPCC published by Fanchang CPPCC. At every meeting, I listened carefully and recorded the wonderful speeches of the leaders, studied and practiced Scientific Outlook on Development hard, and armed my mind with scientific theories. My ideological and political accomplishment and scientific decision-making level have been further strengthened. From a teacher who only knew how to teach and educate people before, he grew into a caring person around him. Third, practice hard and be an excellent CPPCC member.
CPPCC member is not only an honor, but also an important task of representing the people in participating in and discussing state affairs. As a member of the CPPCC, we should truthfully reflect the social conditions and public opinion, and provide first-hand information for the party Committee and government to understand the situation and guide the work in a timely manner. This is the responsibility of the members, and this is also the expectation of the masses. Never "only mention names, not politics", let alone "only mention honor and give up responsibility". I always remind myself not to forget my duty and mission. Therefore, I actively participated in research activities, made suggestions, listened carefully to the voices of ordinary people and reflected their problems to relevant departments. "Optimizing the structure of teachers and promoting the harmonious development of teachers" has been affirmed by the leaders, and it has been designated as the chairman's supervision proposal in 2009, which has given me great confidence. At the beginning of this year, kindergarten teachers reflected their concerns to me. Because the kindergarten is about to be demolished, they are worried that the relevant departments have not planned according to the characteristics of the kindergarten, and the newly built kindergarten can not meet the actual needs. After listening to opinions and consulting carefully, I wrote "Suggestions on the Relocation and New Scale of Chengguan Kindergarten". After the proposal was sent to Fanyang Town Government, the leaders attached great importance to it and specially explained to me the planning and internal facilities of the new kindergarten. The planning is forward-looking, and the internal facilities are also built according to the provincial first-class kindergarten standards. When I told the kindergarten teachers the good news, they were very grateful to the leaders for their concern, and I was glad to convey their feelings to the leaders.
In short, although I have made some achievements in my work in the past year, I also clearly see the shortcomings in my work, such as the work style does not meet the requirements of the development of the situation, and there is still a gap in the understanding of the important basic role of CPPCC in building a harmonious society under the new situation, which needs to be seriously solved and improved in the future work. In the future, I must attach great importance to learning, be good at drawing nutrition from learning, acquire as much knowledge as possible, and enhance my ability to perform my duties in return for the great trust of the party and the people.
Demonstration report on individual performance of CPPCC members II: In 20xx, under the correct leadership of CPPCC County, I kept pace with the times, sought truth and was pragmatic, conscientiously implemented the spirit of the first meeting of the Eighth CPC County, actively cooperated with the work of CPPCC County, and fully exerted the three functions of CPPCC members, namely, political consultation, democratic supervision and participation in the discussion of state affairs, thus fulfilling my duties well. In accordance with the requirements of CPPCC County Committee, CPPCC members should pay attention to learning and constantly improve their ability to participate in and discuss state affairs, and put learning first in their work and life. I actively participated in several intensive trainings organized by the county CPPCC, and insisted on taking time out of my usual work to study by myself, focusing on the Constitution and Articles of Association of the CPPCC. Pay attention to the integration of theory with practice, combine the CPPCC charter with the spirit of studying the 17th National Congress, better perform their functions and strengthen their own construction, and achieve good results.
Second, work hard and earnestly perform the duties of CPPCC members.
As a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), I feel glorious and proud, but also feel more responsible and obligated. Over the past year, I have taken part of my time to go to the countryside to serve, conduct research and convey the rich peasant policy of the party and the government, thus achieving the ardent desire of the masses. A total of two proposals were submitted, such as the shortage of rural teachers and the management of the surrounding environment of the school; Reflect 1 social conditions and public opinion on strengthening the renovation of Internet cafes and small rice stalls around the school; Participate in research activities 1 time; Insist on doing good deeds and practical things for the masses, and organize technology to be delivered to brother schools for 8 times. At the same time, I can observe discipline, attend CPPCC meetings on time and actively participate in CPPCC activities.
Third, based on the post, do a good job in charge.
At work, I am mainly responsible for distance education in schools. Distance education was put into use in our city in. In the first phase of the project, the province invested 250 million yuan to equip Linfen, Jinzhong, Jincheng and Yuncheng with distance education equipment. The whole city and even the whole province are very concerned about the teaching application of distance education equipment in various schools. I studied and progressed with the teachers of the whole school, and the overall application level of the school has been greatly improved, setting a banner in the county, the whole city and even the whole province.
Over the past year, the distance education I am responsible for has been commended by my superiors many times. The Municipal Education Bureau held an on-site meeting in our school, and more than 300 people from the whole city 17 counties and cities visited and studied in our school. The county education bureau held two teaching application meetings in our school and organized rural and urban schools to visit our school; Personally, I went to Taiyuan twice to attend the provincial audio-visual education work conference, which was unanimously affirmed by the leaders at all levels such as Director Chen of the Central Audio-visual Education Center, the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Audio-visual Education Center. At the provincial audio-visual education work conference held in June, 5438+/kloc-0, the school won the honorary title of "advanced unit of teaching application in rural distance education in the whole province", and I also won the honor of advanced individual. These achievements should be attributed to the strong support and help of the members of the school team and CPPCC. But in retrospect, there are also many unsatisfactory places. First, I was busy with my daily work, didn't study hard, and didn't study and think deeply about some new knowledge and policies in time. Second, critics are harsh and unforgiving, and they don't talk about ways at critical moments, which may hurt the feelings of some comrades. All these require me to learn from the members with an open mind in the future, take the spirit of the 17th National Congress as a guide, perform my duties better through fruitful work, and make new and greater contributions to education.
