FRP duct can be divided into thermal insulation and non-thermal insulation. Non-insulated FRP duct is called FRP duct, and insulated FRP duct (honeycomb sandwich or insulation board sandwich) is called sandwich duct. Commonly used valves in ventilation and air conditioning engineering include cartridge valve, butterfly valve, multi-leaf regulating valve, disc start valve, air treatment room bypass valve, fire valve, check valve and so on. 4. Flexible short pipe (hose connector). It is mostly used to connect the air duct with the equipment, and its main function is to stretch and isolate the vibration of the fan and prevent the noise generated by the vibration transmitted to the room through the air duct. The general length of the flexible short pipe is150-250mm. Local exhaust hood. The main function is to remove waste heat from the equipment. The most common partial exhaust hoods are umbrella exhaust hoods, side exhaust hoods and exhaust cabinets. 6. Water deflector. The water deflector is one of the components that make up the water spraying room, which is divided into two types: front water deflector and rear water deflector. The function of the front water deflector is not only to stop the water droplets that may splash in the process of water spraying, but also to make the air entering the water spraying room flow evenly through the whole section, so it is also called wind deflector or wind deflector or water-gas separator. The back baffle plays the role of dehydration and is generally made of galvanized steel plate or glass plate. 7. Air filter. It is a kind of equipment for dust removal and purification of air sent into the room, which is divided into primary (pre-filtration) and medium-high efficiency filters. 8. Muffler. It is used at the end of the exhaust system to discharge the dirty air outside. According to its form, it can be divided into umbrella hood suitable for general mechanical exhaust system, cone hood suitable for dust removal system and simple hood suitable for natural exhaust system.
