What's the difference between Dongguan and Huizhou in the coming 10 year?

In the next decade, Dongguan will still lead Huizhou, and Huizhou will lag behind Dongguan in all aspects. This is a fact and a gap.

Why do you say that? Judging from the overall situation of the country, many people know Dongguan, and some people may not know Huizhou. Dongguan is a world-famous factory. Every town hides a lot of rich people, there are factories everywhere, and a lot of freight is exported abroad every day. Dongguan is also close to Guangzhou and Shenzhen, two first-tier cities, and there are many industries that radiate.

Compared with the Pearl River Delta, Huizhou is a little bit worse. Road traffic is not as developed and intensive as Dongguan, and the industry is not concentrated enough. There is still a lot of spare space. Although it has also undertaken some industries in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, it is still not big enough, the market expansion is not big enough, and the wage level is not as high as that in Dongguan. In some remote places in Huizhou, there is no five insurances and one gold for two or three thousand wages.

However, with the trend of globalization, industrial transfer and rising labor costs, many factories in Dongguan have moved out, and he is also faced with the problem of thinking too much. There are still many villages in the city, which is not conducive to urban planning, except factories. Huizhou has great development space and is actively demanding cooperation, which is expected to be further similar to Dongguan.

10 will develop very rapidly. Dongguan needs to change its mode, upgrade its grade, adjust its industrial structure and gain more space.

The answer to this question is obvious. Will Dongguan develop better or Huizhou develop better in the future 10. As far as the current comprehensive strength is concerned, Dongguan is far superior to Huizhou. In the future, the gap between Dongguan and Huizhou will only get bigger and bigger.

Who will develop better in Dongguan and Huizhou in the next decade? You can clearly see two points.

First, geographical location.

The geographical location of Dongguan is beyond words. In China, the only place that can be compared with Dongguan is Langfang. Dongguan is sandwiched between Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and Langfang is sandwiched between Beijing and Tianjin. Although Huizhou is also a near-deep area, it is only near-deep but not near-wide. And even if it is near depth, it is not as advantageous as Dongguan in terms of distance. Dongguan is close to the center of Shenzhen.

Secondly, Dongguan is adjacent to the Pearl River, located on the east bank of the Pearl River, and also located on the golden axis of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the former seaport of Shenzhen, the central area of Shenzhen Baoan, Dongguan, Nansha, Guangzhou. From this point of view, the development potential of Dongguan in Guangdong Province is unmatched by anyone except Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Dongguan's goal is to surpass Foshan and become the third in Guangdong.

Finally, let's look at a super positive future development of Dongguan. After reading this, judge the potential of Dongguan and Huizhou.

As we all know, the bottleneck of Shenzhen's development is land, so in recent years, on the one hand, Shenzhen has accelerated the pace of urban renewal, on the other hand, it has accelerated the construction of rail transit, connected with Dongguan and Huizhou in Linshen area, and built Shenzhen-Dongguan-Huizhou metropolitan area.

In the planning, there will be 8 subways +3 urban rails in Shenzhen and Dongguan, and 3 subways +2 urban rails in Huizhou.

Traffic is blood, and the potential of Dongguan, which is more closely connected with Shenzhen, can be imagined.

Second, the industry

Dongguan has experienced the economic pain brought about by anti-vice and its economy has gradually transformed. In the past, Dongguan was synonymous with "shanzhai" and "world factory". Now local brands such as OPPO, vivo and Gionee in Dongguan have started their own popularity, especially the first two, which have ranked in the top five in the Southeast Asian market. Huizhou also has more than 500 well-known domestic and foreign enterprises such as TCL, Desai, Huayang, Sony Precision and LG Electronics, but the industrial output value is far from Dongguan.

Huizhou has a long way to go to catch up with Dongguan in industrial strength.

(Author: Zi Fei fish)

As a native of Huizhou, I want to say a few words. I have been to Dongguan several times, and there are indeed more factories than Huizhou, which is known as the world factory and has more GDP than Huizhou. But don't forget the advantages of Huizhou. Huizhou is the second echelon of the Pearl River Delta and a coastal city. Vast territory, rich resources, tourism and environment are advantages. Huizhou has developed rapidly in recent years and in the future. No matter what people care about, GDP growth rate and regional development changes are faster than Dongguan, and the economic gap is getting shorter and shorter. Why should Guangzhou be in the same city as Guangfo? Shenzhen will also merge cities? The place is too small. GDP has a growth rate every year, but it is getting less and less (the pace of being overtaken). Huizhou can develop far beyond Dongguan. In terms of environment, there are many factories and people in Dongguan, which can't compare with Huizhou. People who often go to Huizhou and Dongguan know that some areas in Huizhou are changing every day, not every year. I think there is little chance that Huizhou can really catch up with Dongguan in the next ten years, and not necessarily after ten years. I hope it will be better and better to develop more eco-tourism without developing factory economy. To put it mildly, how much does urban GDP give you every year? For ordinary people, good government policies are more important. At present, the advantage of Dongguan is that there are many factories, and its GDP is more than that of Huizhou, which is more prominent.

My classmate's family just bought a house in Huizhou, but it will be better to develop Dongguan, both in popularity and urban foundation.

In 20 17, Dongguan was rated as a new first-tier city, which also proved the new development momentum of Dongguan.

Everyone in Dongguan is familiar with it. Let me briefly introduce Huizhou.

Huizhou is a municipality under the jurisdiction of Guangdong Province and one of the nine prefecture-level cities in the Pearl River Delta. It is located on the bank of the Dongjiang River in south-central Guangdong Province, at the northeast end of the Pearl River Delta, bordering Daya Bay in the South China Sea in the south, Shenzhen and Hong Kong in the north, Heyuan in the north, Shanwei in the east and Dongguan and Guangzhou in the west. Land area 1. 1.3 million square kilometers, covering Huicheng District, Huiyang District, Huidong County, Boluo County and Longmen County. It also has two national development zones, namely Daya Bay Economic and Technological Development Zone and Zhong Kai High-tech Development Zone. Huizhou is rich in fresh water resources and excellent in water quality. Dongjiang River and Xizhijiang River run through the city. There are more than 50 waterworks in this city. Among them, there are four water plants in the urban area, and part of the water from Xizhijiang River will be introduced into Daya Bay area to adapt to the development of Daya Bay area, with huge investment. Huizhou is a famous historical and cultural city in Guangdong Province and a national civilized city. Huizhou has been the political, economic, military and cultural center of Dongjiang River Basin since ancient times, and is known as "the famous county in Lingnan", "the gateway to eastern Guangdong" and "half city with mountains and half city with lakes". 201510/8 the State Council agreed to list Huizhou as a national historical and cultural city.

Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, Huizhou has adhered to the development strategy of "building a city through industry" and unswervingly followed the road of developing an export-oriented economy. It has cultivated a number of large state-owned (holding) enterprise groups such as TCL, Desai and Huayang Group, and a number of private enterprise groups such as Qiaoxing, Shen Fu, Zhong You Network and New Channel School.

Huizhou is the main production base of vegetables and pigs for Hong Kong. At present, Huizhou has formed a "2+4" industrial pillar industry pattern, namely, two pillars of digital and petrochemical, and four industries with regional comparative advantages: clothing, shoemaking, cement, automobiles and spare parts.

Huizhou has a good historical and cultural atmosphere.

At first, Hong Kong left Huizhou, then Baoan County left Huizhou to become Shenzhen, and then Dongguan left Huizhou to become the world factory. The whole east bank of the Pearl River with the best location has been divided. Huizhou's future is to become a livable city with the quality of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's back garden and supporting industries. Of course, the difference is not bad, but it can't be done with high accuracy.

To sum up, the answer is obvious, but we still have to respect Huizhou.

Ten years ago, Dongguan was like a melting pot. Countless people migrate to this city with dreams or desires like migratory birds, eager to get what they want. On the streets of the city, the traffic is heavy and passers-by are in a hurry. In more distant towns, there are many factories, and countless workers are busy on the assembly line, just like workers moving. This is a chaotic and dynamic city.

Ten years later, this prefecture-level city became a "600 billion club" in 20 15. The number of e-commerce network operators reached 54,000, ranking first in prefecture-level cities in the province; The total number of national high-tech enterprises reached 985, ranking first in the prefecture-level cities in the province ... This achievement made the pearl of Dongguan even more dazzling.

Dongguan has superior geographical advantages and low administrative level. Shenzhen, a financial science and technology city in the south of Dongguan, and Guangzhou, a political and cultural center city in the north, are located in the core area on the east bank of the Pearl River Delta, one of the most economically developed areas in China, attracting tens of millions of migrant workers to work and live here. This geographical location determines that as long as the overall economy of the Pearl River Delta does not decline, Dongguan will not be bad. In fact, Dongguan's economy and Shenzhen are integrated, and they are each other's supply chain resources. The first choice for Shenzhen enterprises to expand overseas is Dongguan. A large number of Shenzhen workers have settled in Dongguan, which enjoys convenient daily transportation. With the development of the city, the integration trend of Dongguan and Shenzhen will become more and more obvious until the city becomes a city. Of course, this kind of geography has also brought some disadvantages, that is, being sandwiched between the boss and the second child, Dongguan can never do much. Dongguan has never had a say in the resource sharing between the boss and the second child. For example, at the city level, Dongguan has always been a prefecture-level city directly under the jurisdiction of towns and villages. Government public service resources such as police force have been allocated according to very low standards, and some towns have a population of nearly one million. However, urban planning and public servants have always followed the standards of villages and towns, resulting in poor public services and backward township construction. Another example is the cross-city resource allocation of high-speed rail, urban rail and ports. Dongguan is sandwiched between Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and all it can get is that others eat meat and can only drink rotten water and soup, such as high-speed railway station, and Humen, which is built on the edge, is not even as good as a small county in the mainland. God, this is a big city with a population of10 million!

Personally, I think Dongguan will develop better. Of course, if it is only faster than the development speed, there is no need to discuss it. For a city, when its volume is getting bigger and bigger and its development level is getting higher and higher, its speed will naturally slow down. The development speed of Guangzhou, Guangzhou and Shenzhen is basically less than 7%. Looking at the whole country, there are too many cities that are developing faster than them. Will people say that those cities are better than Guangzhou, Guangzhou and Shenzhen? I'm afraid the answer is no.

For Dongguan and Huizhou, at present, the development level of Dongguan is a little higher than that of Huizhou, and the economic structure is also better than that of Huizhou. Dongguan and Huizhou are both cities in the Pearl River Delta, but the difference is that Dongguan is the core city of the Pearl River Delta, bordering two first-tier cities, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and its own economic strength is also very strong. It may become a "trillion club" this year or next year. Huizhou is located on the east coast of Greater Bay Area, and its economic aggregate is less than that of Dongguan 1/2, and its development level is slightly inferior.

Some people may think that Huizhou has a large area and a large room for development, and it will develop better in the future. However, we should know that area is only one of the factors that restrict the development of a city. The area of Shenzhen is only over 2,000 square kilometers. Although limited by the same area, some industries may not be able to stretch their fists, but it is undeniable that they have developed very well.

Another difference between Dongguan and Huizhou is that the economic structure of Dongguan is better. Dongguan is known as the world factory, but as early as ten years ago, Dongguan was already undergoing transformation and upgrading. Now, Dongguan's manufacturing industry has turned to the middle and high end, and the number of state-level high-tech enterprises has entered the top ten in the country. Although Huizhou also has some advanced manufacturing industries, overall, its industrial scale is not as good as Dongguan's, and its economic structure is not as good as Dongguan's. In other words, what Huizhou is developing now, Dongguan has already played, and when Huizhou catches up with Dongguan's current level, people have moved to a higher level. Therefore, personally, the development of Dongguan will be better in the next 10 year.

Huizhou is suitable for tourism, while Dongguan is mainly industrial, so in terms of economic development, Dongguan has an absolute advantage. Without industry and money, who will travel foolishly every day?

Geographically speaking, Huizhou is adjacent to Shenzhen, but its infrastructure and investment environment are relatively backward, while Dongguan is sandwiched between Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Coupled with 30 years of industrial development, all industries have complete supporting facilities and are suitable for enterprise development.

In terms of talent reserve, after so many years of industrial development, Dongguan has gathered a large number of outstanding talents from all walks of life, while only a small part of Huizhou near Shenzhen has developed in recent years, and most other areas are still relatively backward.

Dongguan was also rated as a new first-tier city last year, but Huizhou may still have a long way to go.

Dongguan's industrial heritage is also in the forefront in the country. From the development period in the 1980s and 1990s to the outbreak period in 2000, and now to the mature period, it was achieved through the efforts of several generations and the policy tolerance of Dongguan.

Huizhou is developing at 10, and Dongguan is also developing, not to mention whether it will catch up or not, as long as it is not delayed further and further.
