After the formwork installation is completed, the project technical leader will organize relevant personnel to conduct formwork construction acceptance before pouring concrete.

The acceptance includes the following:

(1) Whether the formwork installation meets the formwork design and technical measures requirements of the project.

(2) Whether the support points and support system of the formwork are reliable and stable, and whether the fastening bolts and support fasteners in the connectors meet the requirements (3) Embedded parts: reserved parts Whether the specifications, quantity, location and fixing conditions are correct and reliable should be inspected and accepted item by item.

(4) According to the provisions of the "Quality Inspection and Assessment Standards for Construction and Installation Projects", the acceptance of formwork construction should be assessed item by item.

(5) Whether the construction load on the support formwork design meets the requirements

(6) Whether the concrete is transported on the formwork or whether a walkway plate that meets the requirements is set up for operation.

(7) Whether there are protective measures at the opening and edge of the working face.

(8) Whether there are isolation protection measures for vertical operations. Concrete can be poured only after passing the acceptance inspection, and the formwork construction acceptance record must be kept.
