Xigaze recruits

Not all places in Shigatse are high in altitude, but there are some in the west of Shigatse, with an average altitude of more than 4000. It's colder in winter and warmer after the other three seasons. A cold is normal. I usually get used to it when I come to Tibet 1 week, and a cold has no effect. This is the same as the mainland.
