Malaysia is located near the equator, so it has hot weather all year round and has a tropical rainforest maritime climate. The average temperature in the capital, Kuala Lumpur, is 20 to 32°C. The average temperature in Genting Highlands is around 12-20℃. Thailand has a tropical monsoon climate with three seasons a year: the hot season from March to June; the rainy season from July to October; and the cool season from November to February. April is the hottest month. The average temperature throughout the year is 28 degrees Celsius, and the average humidity is 66% to 82%.
