Feng Shui Legend in Li Ka-shing's Office
Choose a high place to stand, find a flat place to live and walk to a wide place.
-This couplet hanging in Li Ka-shing's office is a poem written by Confucian general Zuo in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province in the Qing Dynasty. These 24 words condense the profound philosophy of life: "Have high hopes, have medium fortune and enjoy low happiness" means: be ambitious, only seek medium fortune and live an ordinary life; "Choose a high place to stand, find a flat place to live and walk wide" means: look at the problem with a far-sighted vision, be a low-key person and leave room for things. Look at the top, middle and bottom, look at the height, flatness and width, think about the bottom when you are at the top, and find the width when you stand high. Therefore, no matter how complicated the contradiction is, it can be changed without being surprised, and it is not chaotic in distress, which not only creates a career, but also defends it.
