How to disassemble the new Santana heater box?

Dismantle the new Santana heater water tank. Drain the cooling fluid of the cooling system first, then remove the dashboard of the new Santana, then remove the skeleton and remove the blower as a whole. After disassembly, take out the heater tank. Common heating systems in automobiles can be divided into three types: coolant heating, gas heating and tail gas heating. Coolant heating is used in automobiles. It consists of cooling liquid, water pump, water valve, blower, warm air water tank and other components. The coolant is heated by the engine. After the heated water is pressurized by the water pump, it enters the warm air water tank from the water inlet of the warm air water pipe through the rotary water valve that controls the coolant flow. The coolant entering the warm air water tank enters the engine from the water outlet of the warm air water pipe, and so on. The car warm air tank provides heating for the car, raising the temperature inside the car and removing the frost and fog on the window glass. Its working principle is that when the engine is working, the coolant heated by the engine cylinder at high temperature enters the heat exchanger through the water inlet pipe under the action of the water pump of the engine cooling system, and the heat emitted by the coolant is sent to the carriage or windshield by the air blown out by the blower, so as to raise the temperature in the carriage and defrost. After driving for a period of time, there is a layer of foreign matter and dust on the surface of the heater water tank. If it is not cleaned, it will affect heat dissipation. After long-term operation, the blower motor should be maintained and replaced. This operation process must be judged and maintained by professionals. It is not allowed to disassemble the motor without permission, which will easily lead to short circuit and non-rotation of the motor, which will seriously lead to harness burning and fire.
