Production technology of sun-cured green tea
1. Picking: Generally, green tea is picked in spring, and fresh buds and a leaf are selected. When picking, it is required to avoid the fog and dew or at noon.
2. Withering immediately: The picked green tea withers immediately, and the withering time should not be too long. The yellow juice flows out, the green leaves gradually soften and the humidity gradually decreases.
3. Sun-drying: spread the withered green leaves and air-dry them until they are slightly naturally dry, so that the leaves turn dark green. It needs to be turned in time during drying to prevent excessive oxidation. Usually bask in the sun on sunny days with suitable temperature. In the whole process, be careful not to expose the leaves too much, so as not to have a burnt smell.
4. Drying: after drying, it should be dried, and the drying temperature is generally controlled at about 100 degrees Celsius. After drying, put the green tea in a ventilated and dry place and wait for packaging.
5. Packaging: packaging and transporting the dried and baked green tea, which is also an important link in the production process. The quality of packaged green tea should be stable during storage and will not decrease.
