What is the reason why the warm air of diesel vehicle is not hot?
Causes and solutions of automobile warm air not being hot;
1. Blockage of the warm water tank: The structure of the warm water tank is actually a miniature version of the radiator of the engine water tank. There are many small heat pipes in it, which are as easy to block as the radiator of a water tank. After the heating box is blocked, the speed of cooling liquid will slow down, the flow rate will decrease and the heat will be insufficient. Air conditioning warm air will naturally not be hot.
2. The cooling system lacks coolant: the coolant, commonly known as antifreeze, is the warm air source of automobile air, and its principle is different from that of household air. Automobile warm air circulation is to connect the pipeline in parallel with the small circulation pipeline of engine coolant. The small circulation pipeline is connected with a warm air box, and the blower blows the warm air box to generate warm air. This is how air and warm air are regulated. Insufficient cooling liquid in cooling system is the most common fault phenomenon leading to insufficient heating air, and it is also the easiest to solve.
3. Thermostat failure: The common failure of the thermostat is that it can't be opened, but the reason why the warm air is not hot due to the thermostat failure is that the thermostat can't be opened, commonly known as the thermostat is always open. When the thermostat is opened normally, the coolant will circulate from the engine idling. If the water temperature in northern winter is low for a long time, the warm wind will naturally not be hot, and it can be clearly seen from the water temperature meter that the hand is obviously lower than the normal scale. In addition, the long-term low water temperature of the engine will lead to high fuel consumption and increased wear (the engine does not work at the optimal temperature), so it needs immediate maintenance and inspection in the case of long-term low water temperature.
