Zeng Guofan's art of recognizing people: Blessed people have these five "noble signs" in their bodies. How many do you have?
As the saying goes: "Blessed people don't have to be busy, but unlucky people break their legs." It means that blessed people can have enough food and clothing without working hard, while unlucky people can break their legs even if they run. After all, he is a miserable person.
There is a saying in "Four Lessons from Liaofan": "Those who enjoy the wealth of a hundred gold must be a man of a hundred gold; those who enjoy a fortune of a thousand gold must be a man of a thousand gold." A man of a thousand gold must enjoy a thousand gold. The courage and capacity, as well as the virtue and blessings of enjoying a thousand pieces of gold.
Everyone in the world hopes that they will be born with a good life, be born with nobility, and not have to work hard. However, life is full of hardships. Everyone seeks happiness, but the more they don’t know how to seek it. We must understand that blessings do not come by begging, or by burning incense and worshiping Buddha, pie will fall from the sky. Blessings are cultivated by ourselves and come from our hearts and actions. If you hold righteous thoughts, practice righteous conduct, stop evil and practice good deeds, you will naturally be able to turn adversities into good ones. "Everything is created by the mind." If the mind can change its situation, observe one's own mind, cultivate one's own virtue, and naturally have good fortune and deep blessings.
Blessed people often have these five "noble signs" in their bodies. How many do you have?
The Zhang family of Zhang Ying, a famous official in the Qing Dynasty, is really full of blessings: Zhang Ying, Zhang Tingyu and his father are both prime ministers, and there are 12 Hanlin officials in the family for six generations. There are as many as many officials in the family. Dozens of people. In his later years, Zhang Ying wrote a family motto called "Congxun Zhaiyu". The book said in the "Congxun Zhaiyu" - Lipin Chapter - Shenweiyi: "Life must be heavy and quiet, and then it will be a tool for carrying blessings", which means It means: A person must have a heavy, calm and calm temperament, and then he can bear more blessings.
Why do you say that? That is, kind and blessed people talk less, while impatient and superficial people talk more. And talking too much is a sign of not being "heavy and calm" enough.
Zeng Guofan also warned his ninth brother in his family letter: "In ancient times, there are two types of bad words that lead to failure: those who are proud and those who talk too much." Because pride is not thick enough, and talking too much is not calm enough. , both are bad qualities that can easily lead to failure. In addition to admonishing his younger brother, Zeng Guofan also warned his son: "Being dignified and dignified and not speaking recklessly is the foundation of virtue", "Whether you are walking or sitting, you must be dignified" and so on.
Whether a person has the appearance of wealth or nobility, Zeng Guofan summarized four points:
The first is that "dignity and seriousness are the appearance of nobility." A person is calm and not exaggerated in doing things. As the saying goes, a man is poor and a woman is mean. Sitting dishonestly and shaking one's body and legs is a mean look;
The second type of person is "a humble and elegant look" ". When a person does things, he must be modest, prudent, tolerant, and not arrogant; he must be courteous, low-key, neither humble nor arrogant, and everyone likes him; he who is arrogant, rude, and rude is hated by everyone.
The third type of person is: "It is a blessing that everything turns out well." Everything can always be implemented, and when everything is explained, it is called "everything has its end." It is not an anticlimax at the beginning, but it will be nothing in the future;
The fourth type of people is: "Think in the heart Giving things is a sign of wealth." A person not only considers his own interests, but also considers the contributions of others. Those who can do these four things will surely become rich and powerful.
A wealthy person should be able to stand up and achieve things, and should not complain about God or others. Being able to stand means working hard, being able to stand firm, and being able to hold your ground. To be able to achieve means to do things smoothly and skillfully, and everything will work.
If you want to be successful in anything you do, you must start well and end well, and don't end in an anticlimax. Don't start with a high profile and make everyone aware of it, only to end up not being aware of it for a long time and making people laugh. "Three days to fish and two days to dry the net" means that things cannot be done in a practical way. Such people have no noble spirit and no great blessings.
If you observe carefully, you will find that there are many people like this around you. When they first start doing things, they are as impulsive as chicken blood. However, they cannot bear the hardship and punishment, so they give up halfway. People who can let go easily will find it difficult to achieve success and blessings easily. The Sutra says: Knowing that all dharmas have no self is achieved through patience.
Forbearance is practice, and a person's blessings depend on practice. During the process of practice, you will encounter various circumstances and adverse circumstances, and you need to be patient in order to achieve great achievements.
Wealthy people should be magnanimous, tolerant, and able to make others. Saints like to say "benevolence", and "benevolence" means forgiveness, forgiveness of oneself and forgiveness of others. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, and no one is perfect. Don't tolerate grains of salt in your eyes, and you will have to spend money and money. If you are too small-minded, you will not have a big picture. How can the aura of wealth and honor come to him?
If you can tolerate others, forgive others, and forgive others' ignorance and mistakes, your mind will naturally become broad, your life will become open-minded and calm, and you can think of everything. A person who is superior to others must be a generous person.
Confucius said: "Being rich and noble through unjust means is like a floating cloud to me." If the wealth is obtained through unfair means, it is just a floating cloud to me and has no practical significance. A truly wealthy person does not seek fame, and a truly noble person is low-key and tolerant.
"Cai Gen Tan" says: "Wealth and reputation, if they come from morality, are like flowers in a mountain village, they naturally multiply." If wealth and reputation come from morality, like flowers in a mountain village, Like wild flowers, they naturally multiply and flourish. The most important quality in life is to be restrained and pragmatic, and not to seek fame or opportunism.
There is a law in physics called "the law of conservation of energy", which means that energy will neither be created nor disappear out of thin air, but can only be transferred from one object to another, and the form of energy Can also be converted to each other.
What is "a gift of kindness"? It means having compassion and goodwill towards all things. In Buddhist language, it means "great compassion without predestination, great compassion for the same body". If a person not only considers himself, but also considers the interests of others and pays for others, such a person is a blessed and noble person. The most powerful "feng shui" in a person is his heart. How kind and compassionate his heart is, how great his blessings will be. We often say, "A good heart means a good life." A person with a compassionate heart will be more at ease and naturally richer.
People must know how to give. Wealth comes from giving, and poverty comes from greed. Giving means "giving up", and "giving up" seems to mean suffering a loss, but in fact it means cultivating blessings and accumulating blessings. "Those who love go out love to return, and those who go out are blessed to come back." What you lose will eventually come back to you twice. Giving to others benefits oneself, which is great blessing and great wisdom.
There is a law in physics called "the law of conservation of energy", which means that energy will neither be created nor disappear out of thin air, but can only be transferred from one object to another, and the form of energy Can also be converted to each other.
The blessing a person receives also obeys this law. It will not come out of thin air, nor will it disappear out of thin air. All the good blessings in the world are hidden in your kindness and hard work.
