Case 1: avic shanshuijian community park
Park Location: No.489, Times sunshine avenue, Yuhua District, Changsha, Hunan.
Park area: 1.4hm?
Landscape design: Zhang Tang landscape
general situation
The "Shanshuijian" community park is one of the public green spaces in Changsha AVIC International Community. The community is adjacent to the South Bus Station, and the nearby Red Star Business Circle can be used for leisure shopping. Tianjiling Forest Park provides a good place for outdoor leisure. Usually, the community park located in the community can meet the daily needs of community residents.
The park is surrounded by community buildings, which are not closely related to the main roads of the city and are relatively private. At present, it is more convenient for residents of Zhonghangcheng Community to walk to the park.
Planning goal
The "Shanshuijian" community park is one of the public green spaces in Changsha AVIC International Community. The original land in the community is mainly woodland, cultivated land and pond. Due to the change of land use, the original forest land and cultivated land will inevitably be replaced by impervious surfaces such as buildings, pavements and parking lots, and the bottom runoff coefficient will also increase sharply, which will make the storm water runoff after the project development much larger than before, and increase the possibility of rain and flood disasters in the downstream areas. As an important green space in the community, "Shanshuijian" community park is located at the low point of the community, which may play the role of green infrastructure and manage the storm runoff in the whole region. Residential environment is closely related to people's daily life. How to provide sustainable vitality for the community is the key point to be considered in the public space of residential communities. Reasonable "participatory" design can narrow the distance between people, people and the environment, that is, through people's participation, daily recreation, festival activities,? Organic combination of environmental experience, environmental education, ecological restoration and rainwater management. Under the guidance of general design principles, this case tries to keep the natural background as much as possible and integrate into people's daily activities, trying to strike a balance between "participation" and "ecology".
Structural layout
Vertical planning analysis: the overall terrain of the park is basin-shaped, and the height difference fluctuates greatly. On the whole, the whole park has a strong privacy relative to the surrounding communities and other external environments (and the park is not open to the public on weekdays); From the inside of the park, the place near the water below is less private than the surrounding forest area. The transition of different private spaces is mainly realized by height difference change (topography), vegetation coverage (greening) and retaining wall enclosure (building), and the overall transition situation is reasonable.
Landscape elements:
On the Style, Form and Function of Parks
The style of the park is modern, and the form of garden art is closely related to its function.
1 entrance waterscape
The waterscape of People's Square consists of rusty steel plate LOGO waterscape wall and mirror pool below. Among them, the mirror pool can be used for children to play because of the landscape treatment with thin water surface (only 6cm in the deepest part). However, after many investigations, no water spraying effect was found at the entrance of the park, and the water supply at the water spraying place has stopped at present.
Archimedes garden
Archimedes Garden consists of Archimedes screw pump? The observation canal and rain garden are composed of three parts. Tourists? Turn the water pump to pump the lake into the observation canal, then flow into the rainwater garden for water purification, and finally merge into the lake again. ? The whole design makes people participate in the rainwater purification system through the interesting way of artificial water intake. At the same time, the rotating turntable is also designed as a concave mirror and a convex mirror, which adds more interest to the water intake process.
3 Linshan amusement park
In this case, a group of "big insects living in the mountains" were placed in a mountain paradise near the mountain side reserved by the park. A large-scale interactive sculpture group with the theme. The sculpture design was inspired by the giant country in Frege's Travels. Where are the insects? The size of the sculpture was exaggerated, thus creating a "giant bug country"? A dreamy atmosphere. These include: big ants, big ladybugs, Worm said interactive sculpture and big earthworm slide show.
The big ant sculpture is based on ants, with a diameter of 8mm? Steel bars are woven and sprayed with white fluorocarbon coating. There are three ants in this sculpture. The biggest ant has a hole in its tail, so that children can get in and experience the wonderful feeling of being an ant baby.
The interactive sculpture of ladybug abstracts the shape of ladybug into a hemisphere, and the surface is treated with mirror stainless steel and colored spray paint. In order to meet the needs of children climbing and sliding, there is also a music box inside the sculpture, and its control turntable is connected with the ladybug's eyes. When people turn the big ladybug's eyes, the music box can play the corresponding tracks.
The caterpillar theory interactive sculpture combines the shape of the caterpillar with the sound transmission device. The trumpet-shaped design at both ends can effectively amplify the sound propagation effect. Children can learn about the spread of sound in play. Interestingly, the part of the caterpillar sculpture near the ground also has the function of a seat.
The large earthworm chute consists of a stainless steel chute and an arc-shaped plastic floor mat connected with the chute. The shape of the whole work simulates the body of earthworm, and four groups of slides from slow to steep are designed according to the situation of the mountain, which can meet the needs of children of different ages. Handrails are arranged at the top of the slideway to ensure the safety of users.
The interactive design of mountain forest park also includes wooden theater, wooden stake forest and climbing wall. The wooden theater is an irregular wooden platform laid on the original mountain, and its changing slope and height difference provide many possibilities for lying, sitting and leaning. The wooden stake forest is an interactive device, which consists of 3-meter-high wooden stakes perpendicular to the wooden theater. Swing or crawler can be arranged between wooden stakes, and there are many possible uses. It will also climb the handrail of the wooden theater from bottom to top. Climbing wall can be used as a sports facility to provide aerobic exercise for children. Through the combined design of Yuexiu wooden climbing wall, bunker and small blackboard space, a more suitable and communicative experience space is provided for children.
After investigation, it is found that children are most willing to play with the big earthworm slide, followed by the big ant sculpture. Visitors like to sit down, chat and laugh on the interactive sculpture.
4 mark indicator board
In this case, it has the function of environmental education to set up a series of signs to let tourists learn relevant knowledge in the process of environmental experience. For example, on the hydrophilic platform in the entrance area, a large signboard with a length of about 10m is designed in combination with the safety fence to indicate the main contents of the park as a reminder before entering the park; There are some small signboards scattered in Archimedes Garden, Rain Garden and Mountain Paradise. It is marked with brief knowledge about rainwater management, plants and insects.
The signboard is designed reasonably, which is easy for tourists to notice this information, so it plays a very good role in popular science.
Other analysis
Rainwater management:
In this case, the rainwater management system is designed, and measures such as storage tank and rainwater garden are comprehensively used, so that rainwater resources can basically meet the landscape water demand of the whole park, and the rainwater runoff flowing through the whole park is managed and improved in terms of quantity and quality.
The rainwater recovery system of "Shanshuijian" community park includes active recovery system and passive recovery system. In this case, the active circulation system first collects the surface runoff from the catchment area through underground water storage facilities, then flows into the rainwater garden and detention pond in turn, and finally circulates the runoff through the circulation facilities. At the same time, this case also adopts a "participatory" passive circulation system, that is, people manually use Archimedes water intake to pump water from the detention pool, then flow to the rain garden for irrigation and purification, and finally return to the detention pool.
"Shanshuijian" community park tries to make rainwater resources the main source of landscape water for the whole park. After analyzing the soil, planting and surface impermeability of the site, and sorting out the single rainfall data of the site in the past 10 years, a practical goal is put forward for this case, that is, the accumulated water should meet the landscape water demand without rainfall replenishment for three months. The main water storage facilities in this case are reservoir and underground reservoir, in which the water storage capacity of the reservoir is 260m3, and the water storage capacity of the two underground reservoirs is 48m3 and 225m3 respectively. At the same time, due to a large amount of water storage space, this project can intercept short-term storm water with return period of 100 years and rainfall delay of 1 hour, so as to relieve the municipal drainage pressure.
conclusion
Shanshuijian Park is a bright spot in Changsha community park. It combines the popular ideas of rainwater management system and rainwater garden to ensure the ecology of the park. At the same time, the behavior of people in community parks is predicted to make the parks have high participation; Many of his landscape sketches are original, reflecting Zhang Tang's landscape view; It is also perfect in barrier-free design. However, due to the gap between the scheme and the construction, the ideas put forward in some schemes have not been realized from the perspective of the landscape after landing. Judging from the existing users, children have become the main body of the park, and some parent-child activities will be held in the park on weekends; At present, there are few elderly people in the park, and there are no landscape facilities for the elderly. Limited by the size of the park, there are not many sports venues for young people. At present, the overall atmosphere of the park is quiet, but with the completion of this huge community, it is doubtful whether the park can withstand such a huge population base.
