In the reality of Kunlun school

There are many schools of Taoism with different names due to different distribution standards. According to academic theory, it can be divided into five categories: Jishan School, Classic School (Miao Zhen Dao), Fulu School, Dante School (then Dan School) and Zhan Yan School (Feng Shui, astrology).

There are five schools in history, namely Zhengyi School (founder Zhang Daoling), Quanzhen Nanzong (founder Zhang Boduan), Quanzhen Beizong (founder Wang Zhongyang), Zhong Zhen School (founder Zhang Qingzhi) and Taiyi School (founder Huang Dongyi), and four schools, namely Zhengyi School, Quanzhen School, Lingbao School and Wei Qing School. There are also eight schools of morality, innate, spiritual treasure, righteousness, simplicity, Ming, Yutang and Tianxin.

As far as pure religion is concerned, modern Taoism is mainly divided into five factions-Jishan, Classic (Miao Zhen Dao), Dante, Fu You and Zhan Yan. The most influential schools are Fu She School and Dante School. The former advocates using magical methods such as spells to cure diseases and exorcise ghosts, while the latter advocates alchemy and seeking immortality, which is different from external Dan and internal Dan.

The official distribution of Taoism is generally believed to have started in the Song and Yuan Dynasties. There are seven influential schools in the history of Taoism:

Justice Road: Lingbao School, Shitian Road, Gezaozong School, Lushan School and Liu Ren School. Its Taoist priests can practice at home, do not abstain from meat, marry and have children. Its Taoist temple is generally called "descendants temple".

Quanzhen Daoism: Originated from Zhong Liquan and Lv Dongbin's Neidan Thought, it is divided into Southern Sect and Northern Sect. There are many tribes, including Longmen Sect, Encounter Fairy Sect, Jing Ming School Sect, Namo Sect, Suishan Sect, Lushan Sect, Huashan Sect, Static Sect and so on.

True Taoism: Founded in the Jin Dynasty, it gradually declined after the Yuan Dynasty.

Shangqing School: Shangqing School was formed in the Eastern Jin Dynasty and was named after the spread of Shangqing Classic. Shangqing Jing is a series of Taoist classics derived from Huangting Jing, also known as Dadong Zhen Jing. The Shangqing school takes keeping God and being convinced as its practice method, supplemented by the practice of sutra and merit.

Wu Tangshi: In the Song Dynasty, Zhang Sanfeng was founded in Wudang Mountain, Xunxian County, Hubei Province. He is the head of the family and combines Taoism and martial arts. Worship Zhenwu the Great.

After the Ming Dynasty, Taoism was mainly divided into the orthodox school and the Quanzhen school. Except for Yinzong Miaozhen Taoism, all other schools belonged to these two schools. Baiyun Temple in Beijing has collected the general classics of all the true sects, and there are 87 schools of Taoist genealogy listed. In fact, some of them are just continuation words of genealogy, not independent schools. (According to the teachings, it should be thirty-six religions and seventy-two religions, and the total * * * should be 108 sect. )

As can be seen from the above data, Kunlun Sect is an insignificant Sect in Taoism. It is difficult to find some information related to it. But in Wulin, Kunlun Sect is a first-class Sect.
