Two scenic spots in Leshan: Emei Mountain and Leshan Giant Buddha. The following is my experience of going to scenic spots with my object for reference.
Day 1: Drive to Wuxiangang Station, take sightseeing bus to Dong Leiping (about 1 hour), and stay here for one night. You'd better book a hotel in advance, you don't have to. There's no need to rush up the hill. After check-in, you can make an appointment to visit the hotel for 1.5-2 hours, so it is more appropriate to check in at 3-4 pm. In order to get to Jinding early the next day, you can buy a ropeway ticket in advance when you go shopping.
The next day: get up at 4:30-5:00 in the morning, walk (0.5 hours) to the flat ropeway, take the earliest train (about 5:40) to Jinding, and walk for 20-30 minutes after getting off the cable car. The sea of clouds looks golden at sunrise in the morning. Very spectacular and beautiful, but you need to know the weather in advance. You can visit Jinding and burn incense and worship Buddha in the back. Spend half a day in Jinding at most, then take the cableway back to Dong Leiping, and then take sightseeing bus back to Wuxiangang Station. Pay attention to the check-out time of the hotel and arrange the storage of luggage. You can stay in Mount Emei or Leshan that night and try local specialties when you are free.
Before, my partner and I were very lucky. We went together for the first time and saw the sunrise and the sea of clouds. Beautiful, beautiful. After 9o, I began to return to Dong Leiping; Zhong and I chose to walk down the mountain to Wuxiangang Station. It took about eight hours. I'm very tired, and my leg will hurt especially. Day 3: You can go to Leshan Giant Buddha. During the rush hour, it is recommended to go early, or you will have to wait in line next to the Buddha statue for three or four hours before you can stand up. Half an afternoon, you can go to Leshan city (Zhanggongqiao, etc. ) to eat all kinds of snacks: tofu brain, beef on stilts, bobo chicken, and skewers ~ very delicious.

4. Travel strategy from Chengdu to Emeishan Leshan
If you are going on holiday, I personally suggest that you go to Leshan first and then Emei Mountain. The main attraction of Leshan is the Leshan Giant Buddha at the confluence of the three rivers. The best way to enjoy the panoramic view of Leshan Giant Buddha is to take a cruise. Take a few fewer steps to win. Don't be too tired.
Mount Emei is 3049 above sea level. Although 6o can go to Dong Leiping by sightseeing bus; The next day is a little far from Jinding, and it is a mountain road that needs hiking, so it takes a lot of physical strength to complete the tour in one day.
5. Chengdu drives to Leshan Emei Mountain, where should I go first in road trip?
I just got back from there with my family last week. If you drive by car, you can go directly to Chengdu-Leshan-Emeishan-Emeishan 0km- Qiliping. However, this time we went by high-speed train. It takes 40 minutes from Chengdu to Emei Mountain Station, plus half an hour to Qiliping. Anyway, we arrived at Qiliping in over an hour, and it was quite convenient to get there.

7. Drive from Leshan to Emei Mountain

Line 3: self-driving, bus and train. Drive from Leshan through Emei, Gao Qiao, Longchi, Ebian County, Jinkouhe and Yongsheng Township to Wuchi Village, where the National Wetland Park is located.
Take a bus from Leshan to Jinkou River, then transfer at Jinkou River to Yongsheng Township, and walk from Yongsheng Township to Wuchi Village Wetland Park.
Take the train to the Jinkou River in Emei Mountain and transfer to the bus in Yongsheng Township at Jinkou River. A donkey friend who likes riding a bike can also ride a bike to Wuchi Village after driving to Jinkou River.
