Why can’t girls watch the pile foundation groundbreaking ceremony?

Generally, you don’t have to pay that much attention. It doesn’t matter whether you are present or not. Some construction bosses are still women.

After the groundbreaking ceremony, the construction phase begins. During the construction process, care must be taken not to allow water pipes to pass under the door. Construction workers are not allowed to scribble on the walls, ceilings, or other hidden areas. No construction tools should be left in the location, as these will affect the feng shui of the house.

The ground-breaking ceremony has always been a very serious matter. Folks mainly use it to worship the land god and thank the land god. In common parlance, the ground-breaking ceremony is also called "pure land". The main content of the ground-breaking ceremony is to choose Feng Shui, break ground for construction, install beams, complete the building, decorate and move into the house. This is a folk activity.

1. Breaking ground. The "earth breaking" referred to in the book refers to the first hoe that starts work during construction. Covering the new foundation with earth is for the yang house, while breaking the earth is for the yin house. The current ground-breaking ceremony is jointly hosted by Feng Shui masters, owners, and decoration companies. Sometimes Taoist priests' evil-making ceremonies are also included at the location according to needs. The consultant editor reminds that it is the decoration company's responsibility to ask a Feng Shui master to conduct the groundbreaking ceremony, because the groundbreaking ceremony is mainly to ensure that the owner goes smoothly during the decoration process and there are no casualties.

2. Sacrifice. The sacrifices used are different depending on the objects of sacrifice. Generally, the main sacrifices for the groundbreaking are bananas, which represent abundant wealth, and five other fruits: longan, grapes, apples and red dates. During the sacrifice, three fruits of each kind are placed in the middle, such as three apples, a handful of bananas, red dates, longans, and grapes. A few apples are placed in the four corners of the village, and incense is placed on the apples to worship the four directions.

3. Taboo. Don’t include plums, tomatoes, or guavas at the groundbreaking ceremony.
