Since 1994, Kunming has become a warm winter. It seldom snows in Kunming in winter now. It is sunny most of the time, and the coldest time is January every year. Sometimes the weather gets worse, and the north wind is only 4 or 5 degrees, but this time is rare. Most of the temperature in winter is above 10 degrees.
