The name is Wangxin'an Bridge, a bridge located in Liancun Town, Xincai County, Henan Province. Wang Xinan was born on August 16, 1945 in Wangwan Village, Xincai County, Henan Province, into a poor peasant family. In early August 1975, Wang Xin'an blocked the flood gap with his body and died when the upper reaches of the Hong River received a torrential rain that was rare in history. In order to commemorate him, the people built the Wangxin'an Bridge.
