Lin Qingxuan, pen names Qin Qing, lin li, Lin Dabei, etc. 1953 was born in kaohsiung city, Taiwan Province province. Graduated from Taiwan Province World Journalism College, he used to be an overseas reporter of China Times, an economic reporter of Business Times, and the editor-in-chief of Time magazine in Taiwan Province Province.

Prose creation began in 1973. Since 1979, it has won the Taiwan Province China Times Literature Award, the Excellent Prose Award and the Excellent Reporting Literature Award, and the Taiwan Province Provincial Newspaper Supplement Column Jinding Award for seven consecutive times.
