Why did Zhu Yuanzhang go to Kaifeng to "shovel dragon gas"?
Zhu Yuanzhang started with a white body. He knew it was not easy to lay down the Ming Dynasty, and he wanted to defend his own world. Because his harem has always been "full of flowers", and he also counts his children as prosperous, he must learn the lesson of Li Tang's "Xuanwu Gate" change. He didn't want his sons to fight in the great war and end up killing each other.
So, Ma Huanghou's son, Zhu Biao, was made a prince early, put aside, raised by himself according to the specifications of a Chu Jun, and made other children king early and sent them to their respective fiefs. Unfortunately, Zhu Biao was also a poor man and died young at the age of 37. Since then, the position of the prince has been hung high, attracting the "floating thoughts" of all princes.
Zhu Yuanzhang was sixty-five years old when he died. In the following days, he was still grateful to his eldest son, who was afraid of fighting. On balance, he made the prince's first son, his own grandson, Zhu Yunwen as the new prince. And when he was alive, he repeatedly raised and educated the child. However, the suspicious Zhu Yuanzhang was more wary of his other children.
In order to maintain this great-grandson, he also made "great efforts". One of the more famous events is that he ordered the opening of Kaifeng Tower to remove the king's qi, which created a precedent of "shoveling the king's qi".
Legend has it that one day Zhu Yuanzhang stood on the Yellow River Dam and looked up. He vaguely saw that the sky above many towers in Kaifeng was covered with colorful auspicious clouds, which seemed to be a sign of surging dragon spirit. He was also surprised. Will there be a new emperor in Kaifeng? How can this work? His chosen grandson is the next emperor, and he will never allow anyone to betray his orders.
This idea is affirmative. He immediately ordered the nine-story pagoda in Kaifeng to be uprooted, leaving only three layers, which are still preserved as an eternal monument for future generations to see.
There was a second "Shovel King" incident, which was committed by Zhu Yunwen, the great-grandson of Zhu Yuanzhang. Zhu Yuanzhang's choice of grandchildren and heirs to the throne has long left a legacy for Zhu Yunwen's rule. Zhu Yunwen, who acceded to the throne at a young age, inherited his father's kindness, even weakness. He respected all the uncles and elders, even if they were rebellious in the enfeoffment system, he did not have any decisive suppression.
However, due to the pressure and situation, he had to plan to separate the princes. Based on the principle of proximity, he was the first to demote his uncle Zhu as the king of Zhou, but he was still not at ease after fleeing as a common people, so he simply ordered Zhou to be scrapped, thinking that going to that place would completely eliminate the possibility of this person returning to Dongshan.
Emperor Wen Jian's practice is a bit of a cover-up, which means that it is not too late to mend. Sure enough, Zhu Yunwen's temporary solution instead of permanent cure led to the overthrow of his own rule. His other uncle, Judy, the prince of Yan, finally won the Forbidden City and succeeded in winning the throne under his "Don't hurt" order. From then on, Zhu Yunwen himself disappeared and became an eternal mystery in history.
