Several problems in studying in Japan

Hello, I live in Japan now. Although I haven't learned much about it for a long time, I hope my answer will be helpful to you.

climate

1 In Kanto, Kansai and Shikoku (including Hiroshima, etc. ) and Kyushu, the temperature is about 15 degrees Celsius, and Kyushu may be a little higher. As for clothes, casual clothes may be more comfortable in spring or autumn. Although Japan's territory can't be compared with Chinese mainland's, it spans a great latitude, so generally speaking, air conditioning will be used from the end of June to the beginning of July.

If it is July and August, the temperature will gradually increase this year due to the global greenhouse effect, but it is still relatively cool compared with the southeast, northeast and inland areas of China. However, since September, news of illness or even death due to heatstroke has been broadcast every year, especially for the elderly in the capital circle, Central China and Kansai.

In winter in Japan, the temperature is about 1- 15 degrees Celsius, except in Hokuriku (the coast of the Sea of Japan), the northeast, Okinawa, inland and some mountainous areas. Although it changes a little every year, it is probably within this range. As for clothing, the Japanese are still used to warm clothes such as coats and sweaters. Of course, some office workers, junior high school students and so on must wear formal clothes. There is basically heating in public places, so don't worry too much about this.

Generally speaking, April is more comfortable, although it is not necessarily in some remote areas.

daily life

1 If you go to a convenience store to buy a box lunch, the price is around 300-600, and the variety of side dishes is also rich. Of course, the most fatal thing is that according to the recent scientific research in Japan, if you eat box lunch in convenience stores or supermarkets for a long time, it will easily lead to zinc deficiency (although it is not a big problem).

If you work part-time, the most basic thing is Japanese. If there is no problem with Japanese at all, there is not much restriction on the type of work. Of course, there are also some places that do not recruit foreigners, only a few. If it is a shop run by overseas Chinese, it may be easy to be hired. As for the time, if you are an international student, it is said to be about 30 hours a week, although I don't know much about it because of the service time limit (because you are an ordinary college student). The hourly wage varies greatly from region to region, with Okinawa and Hokkaido being the lowest (Chong675 and Bei705), the capital circle being 800- 1000, and other regions being around 800-900. In addition, after 22 o'clock in the evening, the hourly wage will be increased. Although each place is different, it is about +20%. The data of Okinawa and Hokkaido are the minimum wages, because it is the previous data, and there may be some changes now.

study abroad

1 If you graduate from university, you can take the postgraduate entrance examination directly. If it is the fourth grade, the fourth grade may have to start again, because most of them only have a school year in April. I also encountered this embarrassing situation when I applied for high school in Japan after dropping out of school in China. I'm not sure because I'm not an international student, but I've heard from the predecessors of foreign students in many schools that it won't be too difficult as long as they study hard, which is completely different according to the difficulty of the school. As for Japanese, it is said that most schools in Japan need to obtain Japanese level 2 or above.

In addition to master's programs, you can also apply for undergraduate and doctoral programs.

Most of the above is just my own experience, and I hope it will be helpful to the landlord.
