How did the name of Zhijiang Daqu come from?

Most of China's wines are made of distiller's yeast, so their names are also named after "Qu", such as Maiqu, Daqu and Xiaoqu.

The more famous ones are: Tuopai Qujiu, Laolongkou Chenniantou Qujiu and so on.
