Master Min Zhen answers questions related to meditation (1)
Mindfulness refers to focusing on one point with high intensity on the basis of ideas. Mindfulness is strength and energy, guided by consciousness, and becomes a defender.
Usually, in the process of meditation, many people will have the feeling of being swayed by considerations of gain and loss, which may be due to the guidance of thoughts and trance into a misleading state. We often say that out of nothing, many things are out of nothing. This kind of thinking is the consciousness of the brain and the mapping of the brain to the outside world. There will be many illusions. They think this is magical power. Actually, it's not that easy to create divine power.
(2) Can I meditate on a thundering day?
If you meditate alone, it is not recommended that you meditate in lightning weather.
Some practitioners will cling to the method of smelting thunder, thinking that meditation in lightning weather is not feasible, which is more conducive to contact with the energy of heaven and earth.
When it thunders, people sit still and look at the spirit, so it's easy to be surprised. Although adults are rarely frightened like children, once frightened, liver and lung problems may occur in a short time. The liver hides the soul, and the lungs send the soul. After being frightened, people's qi and blood will retrogress, which will affect people's cognition, such as fragmented amnesia.
