What are the main functions of the cabinet affairs directly under the Wen Yuan Pavilion?

The main function of the straight cabinet in Wen Yuan Pavilion is to nod and arrange books to dry.

Wen Yuan Pavilion, located behind the Wenhua Hall in Donghuamen, Beijing Palace Museum, is a royal library of Qing Dynasty in Beijing Palace Museum. In the forty-first year of Qing Qianlong (1776), Wenyuan Pavilion was built for the exclusive collection of Sikuquanshu.

Wen Yuan Pavilion, located on the north and south sides, imitates Fan Shi Tianyi Pavilion in Ningbo, Zhejiang in terms of building rules, building functions and building concepts. Wen Yuan Pavilion adopts the construction method of "two bright and three dark", that is, it looks like two-story double eaves. In fact, the whole pavilion has three floors: upper, middle and lower. Wen Yuan Pavilion is 33m wide, 0/4m deep and 6 rooms wide. Black glazed tile roof, green glazed tile edge. Dig a pool in front of the pavilion.

The lake stones behind Wenyuan Pavilion are piled up into mountains, like a barrier, with pines and cypresses planted inside. On the east side of the pavilion, there is a unique pavilion with yellow glazed tiles on the top. There is a stone tablet in the pavilion. On the front, there is Wen Yuan Pavilion inscribed by Emperor Qianlong, and on the back, there are royal poems presented by Wen Yuan Pavilion.

The architectural decoration and painting of Wen Yuan Pavilion are mainly in cool colors, and its architectural structure reflects the superb skills and level of palace architecture in the Qing Dynasty in engineering design and construction art, which has certain historical value for studying the collection culture and architectural history of China in the Qing Dynasty.
