3. Qualification requirements. Applicants (including online applicants) can enter the interview only after passing the on-site qualification examination. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process, and candidates must be responsible for the authenticity of the information they fill in, the certificates they provide and related materials. 4. Interview procedure
(1) Sign up and wait for the exam. Candidates participating in the interview must hold their valid certificates (ID card, interview notice) and report to the waiting room of the interview examination room before the registration time specified in the interview notice. (2) draw lots. Candidates participating in the interview must draw lots to determine the order of participating in the interview according to the serial number.

5. Determine the personnel to be introduced. The judges will grade the candidates according to post discipline, give interview scores, and determine the candidates to be introduced according to the scores from high to low. If the interview score of the last interviewee in the same position is the same, it is necessary to add a question and then determine the interviewee from high score to low score. During the introduction of teachers, if the job vacancy is caused by the applicant's abandonment, it will be filled from the interviewers of the introduced job in the order of high score to low score. If the last candidate scores the same, they will be replenished in order of high score to low score.
6. Sign an employment agreement. The employing school signs the Employment Agreement for Graduates of National Ordinary Colleges and Universities with the candidates who have passed the interview.

(1) Qualification examination. The time and place of qualification examination shall be stipulated separately. Those who fail the qualification review (unable to provide certificates required by post conditions such as graduation certificate and degree certificate) will be disqualified from physical examination, inspection and introduction, and their vacant positions will not be filled.
(2) physical examination. Physical examination should be carried out after the qualification examination of the personnel to be introduced is qualified. The physical examination standard shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Physical Examination Methods for Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Jiangxi Province (Jiangxi Canon [2021] No.3). Those who fail the physical examination will be disqualified from inspection and introduction.
(3) check. The employing unit and its competent department shall inspect the qualified medical personnel, mainly to assess their ideological and political, moral quality and whether there are violations of laws and regulations.
(4) publicity. After the qualification review, physical examination and inspection are qualified, the importing unit shall put forward the list of personnel to be introduced, and publicize it in Xinyu Human Resources and Social Security Network according to the prescribed procedures.
(5) Employment management. After the end of the publicity period, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will report the list of personnel to be introduced to the Municipal Talent Work Leading Group for examination and approval, and after examination and approval, it will go through the formalities of filling the list and related employment filing. It is planned to introduce personnel to work with certificates before the start of school in the fall of 2022, and the probation system will be implemented according to regulations. Eight, interview epidemic prevention and control requirements
(1) Candidates are required to provide negative paper nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours before the interview; You must apply for a Travel Card and a Health Code in advance. Both codes are green and the body temperature is normal (below 37.3℃) before you can enter the test center for an interview.
(2) Candidates are requested to strengthen self-protection, avoid going to epidemic-prone areas before the interview, and actively reduce going out and unnecessary gathering. Candidates fill in the Responsibility Letter for Personal Epidemic Prevention and Control (Annex 3, hereinafter referred to as the Responsibility Letter) and hand it over to the staff before the interview.
(3) Persons who have lived in high-risk areas within 0/4 days before the interview, those who have been diagnosed, suspected or asymptomatic in COVID-19, those who have been under centralized isolation measures for less than 28 days, and those who have been monitored at home for less than 7 days after entering the country are not allowed to participate in the interview.
(4) Please arrange the travel time reasonably. When entering the recruitment place, you should wear a mask and queue up in an orderly manner, keep the distance between people, measure your body temperature and show your "health code" and "travel permit", the original ID card and the negative paper nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. When they enter the interview place, they have to submit a "book". Those who do not have the relevant conditions such as qualified body temperature, qualified health scan code and negative nucleic acid test results are not allowed to enter the recruitment place to participate in the application.
(5) Candidates should bring their own personal protective equipment such as masks and disinfection wipes in advance. During the interview, it is forbidden to wear a mask with a breathing valve.
(6) During the interview, the test center will be closed. Candidates should consciously maintain the interview order, keep a safe distance from other interviewers and obey the arrangement of the on-site staff. Leave in an orderly way after the interview. Don't stay near the examination room, and make sure that there are no crowds after the interview.
(seven) candidates should abide by the contents of the record book and cooperate with the staff to carry out epidemic prevention testing and inquiry. Candidates who fail to cooperate with the epidemic prevention interview, report their health status truthfully, conceal or lie about their residence history, contact history, health status and other epidemic prevention and control information, and provide false proof materials or information on epidemic prevention, thus causing adverse consequences, shall be investigated for their legal responsibilities according to law.
