A study system of laws and regulations for government workers has been formulated, and laws and regulations related to judicial administration, such as People's Mediation Law, Lawyers Law, Notarization Law, Regulations on Legal Aid, Measures for the Administration of Grassroots Legal Service Workers, Measures for the Administration of Practice of Notary Institutions, Measures for the Implementation of Community Correction, the newly promulgated Criminal Law Amendment (VIII) and the Administrative Punishment Law, have been systematically studied. Organize all law enforcement personnel to participate in the examination of administrative knowledge according to law and obtain excellent results. The quality and professional ability of cadres have been effectively enhanced, and the level of administration according to law has been improved.

Four, improve the system and procedures, comprehensively promote administration according to law, standardize administrative law enforcement behavior.

In order to better promote the administration of our bureau according to law, according to the requirements of the county party committee and the county government, combined with the actual work of the judicial administrative system in our county, the administrative law enforcement authority of the Judicial Bureau is decomposed into various functional units and law enforcement personnel, and the specific law enforcement responsibilities are clarified. The specific administrative act required must be lawful and appropriate, and shall not harm the legitimate rights and interests of the counterpart. This year, there were no administrative litigation cases and no state administrative compensation caused by law enforcement problems. We have formulated and improved the learning system of laws and regulations, the law enforcement system with certificates, the evaluation and reward system for administrative law enforcement personnel, the evaluation and search system for administrative law enforcement files, the accountability system for misjudged cases (certificates) and law enforcement faults, and the law enforcement supervision system.
