Because each other focuses on different things, we are used to listing the top three conditions that each of us values ​​most, and then filter the cases we have seen.

Because I have a lot of friends in the related industry, I compared three or four high-quality studios/firms, and finally decided on this one. The entrance hall has been replaced with black floor tiles, which not only creates the feeling of a dusty area at the entrance, but also makes the black tiles less dirty. (Here is an ingenious idea that was discovered after construction: most of the original six white tiles were still intact after cutting. Just for the design of the central independent TV wall, a few tiles needed to be cut to run underground pipelines, which broke the I just used the complete tiles cut from the entrance to fix it, no waste at all~)

The original kitchen island was too high and blocked the entrance to the kitchen, so we demolished it and used wood to make an entrance. The decorative cabinets add an open corner to the narrow entrance.

The distribution box is perfectly blocked by a wooden mirror door. You can also look in the dressing mirror before going out~

The system shoe cabinet is located in the linear space from the door to the wall on the left side of the entrance. In fact, The builder left a very narrow space of only about 32cm usable. After deducting the door pieces and back panels used in general system cabinets, the actual usable depth is only 26.5cm. Girls' shoes of this size can be accommodated, but boys' shoes can't be accommodated, so the designer suggested that the other tube should not have a back panel, and the actual usable depth can be 29cm, which is just right for my husband's shoes!

Usage experience: It turns out that we are both using the boy’s shoe cabinet on the right XD. It is recommended that if the shoe cabinet is too shallow, you can not use the back panel. Anyway, if the white wall on the bottom is dirty, you can’t see it.

The door is made of black metal painted mesh. I heard that only a few system cabinet manufacturers are making this kind of composite material. It is well ventilated and beautiful, and makes your shoes look hazy and beautiful ~

< p> Usage experience: Highly recommended, the shoe cabinet does not stink at all, and the effect is better than sealing the air vent on the shoe cabinet! In addition, just wipe it lightly with a vacuum cleaner or rag, which is much cleaner than the blade-type ventilation design!

The designer used a cantilevered entrance chair that is narrow on the left and wide on the right to cleverly connect the shoe cabinet and the cloakroom + storage room behind it. The entrance chair is made of solid wood (marble bean wood from Central and South America, with beautiful textures and versatile colors). You buy a whole piece of wood and cut it according to the designer's pattern, and the remaining scraps are used to make the upper layers, so there is no waste!

User experience: Not having to squat down to put on shoes when going out is a great boon to women who are prone to dizziness. You can also place a pot of dried flowers on the side with a depth of 60cm, which is very beautiful!

There is a socket next to the shelf, which is convenient for placing decorations or essential oil water oxygen machines that need to be plugged in.

Usage experience: The water oxygen machine is the right answer. It smells very comfortable as soon as you enter the door. I love using cypress essential oil.

The special paint for the entrance chair back wall is a material specifically designated to be used after seeing the designer’s other works. This special paint is not cheap, but the texture is so good that the entire wall is like a painting, and the thickness of the hand-painted texture is very delicate!

Use the original side wall and add a hat cabinet as an extension to create a perfect hidden storage space!

Usage experience: There are three large five-layer punched and painted iron plate storage racks in the storage room. They are super easy to use and all the sundries are hidden inside. It feels so good that they are out of sight~

< p> The flow from the entrance to the storage room and work space is smooth. The African zebra wood solid wood desk with iron legs is thick and attractive. The middle island that originally blocked the entrance and was too high was removed and replaced with a glass sliding door + a new island to push the kitchen outward, blocking kitchen fumes and retaining a clear sense of space.

User experience: The entrance to the kitchen and the refrigerator are closer to the entrance. It is very convenient to put things in the kitchen after shopping!

Originally, the builder did not build enough kitchen cabinets, leaving the range hood pipe exposed. The designer asked the designer to add deeper cabinets to fill up the space to the ceiling and hide more storage space. pipeline.

The island in the newly built system cabinet is very practical, with a height of about 90 centimeters, which is the same height as the countertop behind it.

The clever idea is to make a 5cm high facade on the side and bottom of the artificial stone countertop to prevent food debris from falling into the gap between the glass sliding door and the glass door.

Usage experience: The middle island is super convenient for storing prepared ingredients or cooked dishes, drying large pots and dishes, small electrical appliances, drawers for sorting tableware, and kneading dough...

The back of the TV cabinet serves as the side wall of the dining table, with a hollow space designed to store small furnishings.

I would like to introduce the two holes in the ceiling above the dining table. These are specially designed tapered air-conditioning outlets~ Because the entire restaurant space (except the kitchen) uses the same air-conditioning indoor unit, the tonnage is enough, but these two independent air outlets can make the restaurant cold room faster.

We use flat ceilings throughout the venue (three-dimensional ceilings are too difficult to clean and dust will accumulate for a long time and cause allergies). According to the positions of beams and columns, designers focus on different heights to divide the space. Among them, the planning of these two air outlets, It adds a lot of layering and interest to the facade.

Usage experience: The air conditioner cools down super fast. I don’t know if it’s Daikin or these two units.

In the configuration of the living room, contrary to the left TV wall originally planned by the builder, a separate TV cabinet was pulled out and placed in the center, cleverly separating the living room and dining room, retaining the openness of the space, and also Leave some privacy to the sofa area for relaxing.

The design of the wooden TV cabinet with a solid left and a blank right allows the sofa area to pay attention to the movement of the entrance. In addition, the total height is lower than the height, creating a transparent public space.

User experience: The top of the TV cabinet is the favorite of cats. The left and right speakers are of the same height, making vertical and parallel control very awkward! It’s super convenient to put amplifiers, Switch, MOD, Wifi and other electrical appliances below~

The only drawback: the TV window is reflective during the day, but this was already thought of when configuring the space, considering that we are often not at home during the day, and Curtains can solve the problem, so I think it won't have much impact.

A floor-to-ceiling system bookcase: We discussed it many times with the designer because we attach great importance to the bookcase. We want an irregular feel, some glass doors to be dust-proof, drawers and doors, and we want to use them. The system cabinet is budget-friendly and easy to adjust, and the door panel has to match the wood color of the couch... He is a verbose owner, but we are very satisfied with the result, and we have everything we wanted.

User experience: The decorations and books look beautiful wherever you place them! The only drawback is that the drawers do not have handles for the sake of beauty. Use the newly developed clap handle + buffer slide rails developed by The slot hides the handle.

The wall on the left side of the bookcase is painted with imitation water-mold paint. The sunlight during the day and the light at night change the three-dimensional aesthetic feeling differently.

The balcony threshold is made very high due to waterproofing factors and is easy to trip over. The designer cleverly planned the couch and steps to overcome the problem. The wooden structure + island-shaped wooden floor created a back-shaped circulation line for people to walk in.

The space is more flexible. The left side is the main balcony entrance and exit, with a groove underneath for slippers and a socket for the sofa. The deeper groove on the right side is equipped with sockets, which is the home of the sweeping robot ~

The couch on the right side is about 150cm deep, which can be used to make a bed, place a small coffee table for tea, and serve as a children's play area. Recently, a lazy Bones, sunshine and a book I picked up from the nearby bookcase are simply my original place!

The blue-gray sofa and the blue snake curtain behind it make the entire space rich and saturated with color. The sofa is also made of cat scratch leather + super wear-resistant linen. It is L-shaped. Adults love to lie down, children love to climb, and cats love to lie down. Both humans and cats are happy ~ Although the curtains at the back are from different manufacturers, the colors are almost the same, and the manufacturer's construction and finishing are very good. careful!

The master bedroom uses a simple line system The wardrobe is connected to the dressing table near the bathroom door, so you can dry your hair immediately after taking a shower.

The dressing cabinet hidden in the mirror is very practical for storing skin care products/perfume, etc.

The dressing table/desk table made of the system cabinet has a flip-up cable trough designed to hide the plug. After actual use, it was found that it was too large Plugs, larger transformers, and USB cable holes on the side are not suitable (as shown in the picture above). Now I usually open the cover to use... It is recommended to use simple outlet holes, or the wire trough should not be too narrow. The depth should be sufficient.
