Can the northern elderly over 60 adapt to the weather in Shenzhen?

I am in Shenzhen, and so are my parents. There are some problems in the language communication of the elderly, because they speak their hometown dialect and others can't understand it. There is nothing wrong with the weather. Summer is not as hot as home, and winter is more comfortable. And they think the greening in Shenzhen is very good. You see, the weather is not as comfortable as many places in the north.
