The throttle opening of VIOS 06 is 10% at idle speed.

Due to improper adjustment of throttle opening: Under normal circumstances, the throttle opening value should be between 1.6-5.0. When adjusting the throttle opening, loosen the fixing screw of the throttle position sensor, insert a thickness gauge of 0.35 mm, measure the conduction of the idle switch with a multimeter, and slowly turn the throttle position sensor counterclockwise until the idle switch is closed. Finally, tighten the screw of the throttle position sensor and measure again with thickness gauges of 0.30mm and 0.40mm. If the idle switch is turned on at 0.30mm and turned off at 0.40mm, the adjustment is successful. Under normal circumstances, the idle speed of 1.6 self-priming engine should be around 760 rpm.
