According to the methods of announcement, organization registration, qualification examination, outstanding performance competition, democratic recommendation, written examination, interview, quantitative investigation and public decision, the specific recruitment procedures are as follows:

According to the score results, the written test participants are determined according to the ratio of 1: 15. If the final results are tied, the results will be tied for the written test.

Persons who have obtained the qualification to participate in the written examination shall participate in the written examination organized by the unified organization at the specified time and place. The written test is conducted in the form of closed book, with a total score of 100. The written test mainly tests the ability of candidates to analyze and solve practical problems in the principal's work by using relevant basic theories, basic knowledge and basic methods, as well as the professional ability that the principal post should have. According to the written test results, the interviewer is determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1:5. If the final results are tied, the people with tied results will enter the interview together.

The written test score is calculated into the total score by 50% weight and 100% conversion.

(4) Interview

The seven expert judges will be decided by temporary lottery. After the contestants' speeches, each expert will independently evaluate the scores of each evaluation element according to the speaker's speeches and scoring standards, and get the total score. The interview scoring method is as follows: for the score judged by experts, remove one score and the lowest score, add the remaining scores and divide them by the average value obtained by the number of effective experts, which is the expert judging score of the contestants.
