7. Measures for Admission of Children of Migrant Workers

8. Job requirements

(1) Delineate the enrollment area reasonably. The education bureaus of all districts should keep the enrollment policy relatively stable according to the principle of nearest admission and the actual situation in the district, reasonably delimit the enrollment areas of primary schools, conscientiously do a good job in the notification of school-age children, and timely coordinate the neighborhood committees (village committees) to issue the Notice of School-age Children Accepting Compulsory Education to the school-age children registered in this city within the jurisdiction one week before registration, so as to ensure that school-age children enter school on time. (2) Do a good job in overall enrollment. Implement the relevant policies of the municipal party Committee and the municipal government, and conscientiously do a good job in the overall planning and coordination of policy care enrollment. For individual school-age children who have special difficulties due to objective reasons and need to register across regions, parents should fill in the application form. (4) Do a good job in enrolling disabled children. Conscientiously implement the Regulations on Education for the Disabled, strengthen the classified placement of disabled children, do a good job in the primary school enrollment of disabled children of migrant workers, and ensure that every disabled child can receive education, so as to achieve full coverage and zero rejection.

(5) Strengthen the overall management of enrollment in private schools. Further standardize the enrollment behavior of private schools. Private schools that are not included in the points enrollment are enrolled in parallel with public schools, and students may not be selected in the name of interview and evaluation; Improve the enrollment platform of independent enrollment private schools. When the number of applicants exceeds the number of students enrolled, computer random lottery will be implemented. According to the grading evaluation results of private primary schools, the district education bureaus reasonably approve the enrollment plan of private schools. Private primary schools that actively recruit the children of migrant workers arranged by the competent education department as a whole and exempt students from tuition and miscellaneous fees, textbook fees, textbook fees and other expenses according to regulations shall be given special fund subsidies for running schools according to the evaluation grades and different standards. (7) Strengthen enrollment services. Education bureaus in all districts should actively simplify enrollment procedures, strengthen information sharing with relevant departments, and do a good job in confirming enrollment targets. Strengthen the enrollment service, set up a consultation office during enrollment, announce the consultation telephone number, strengthen the interpretation of major policies and hot and difficult issues of concern to the masses, and make overall arrangements for school-age children in this area who do not meet the enrollment conditions.

(8) Resolving contradictions and disputes in a timely manner. Education bureaus in all districts and primary schools should strengthen their awareness of the rule of law, policy and service, conscientiously do a good job in letters and visits from the masses, and resolve contradictions in enrollment work in a timely manner. Problems between primary schools in administrative districts are decided by the District Education Bureau, and problems between primary schools in different administrative districts and between primary schools directly under the district are decided by the Municipal Education Bureau after coordination. It is strictly forbidden to buck passing, earnestly safeguard the enrollment order and maintain social stability.

(9) Strengthen enrollment supervision. Education bureaus in all districts should strictly follow the principles of fairness, justice and openness, strengthen the organization and leadership of primary school enrollment, strictly enforce discipline requirements, and strengthen supervision and inspection. It is strictly forbidden to enroll underage children, and offenders will be disqualified; It is strictly forbidden to recruit new students who have not been audited by the competent education department, and public and private primary schools may not expand or narrow the enrollment scale without approval; It is strictly forbidden to take all kinds of examinations, competitions, training results or certificates as the basis for enrollment; It is strictly forbidden to organize knowledge and ability tests in enrollment; It is strictly forbidden to set up key classes or fast and slow classes in any name. 1. If the parents of accompanying children have lived in Xiamen for 1 year, 2 points will be accumulated, and this item will score 24 points.

2. If one of the parents of the accompanying children purchases commercial housing that meets the complete set of living conditions in the area where they apply for admission, and it accounts for more than 50% (excluding 50%) of the housing property rights and actually moves in, a total of 24 points will be scored.
