Promote model workers to enter the campus alliance and offer labor education courses for model workers to help "double reduction". Established the first community "model worker's home" in the city. To celebrate the centenary of the founding of the Party, we launched 70 cultural and sports activities, benefiting more than10,000 employees.

2. Focus on serving employees and build peasant workers' associations. Innovatively established the first lakeside new employment union in the province.
