How did the name Kaka come from?

There is another interesting story about the origin of Kaka's name. Kaka's childhood name was Ricardo Izsen dos Santos, but Kaka's younger brother could not pronounce Ricardo accurately, but called his brother Kaka. Kaka, a household name now, comes from a child who can't pronounce words clearly.
