How to disassemble the supercharged Mercedes e200 1.8 in 2006?

Disconnect the negative battery wiring. Drain the coolant, remove the air filter, remove the clamp between the air flow meter and the air inlet of the turbocharger, and then remove the air inlet pipe. Cover the open ends of the air flow meter and turbocharger. Loosen the turbocharger and exhaust hose clamps and the throttle body intake and intake hose clamps. Remove the turbocharger-throttle body hose and plug each open end.

Remove the nut connecting the turbocharger with the middle exhaust hose, the nut connecting the front exhaust pipe with the turbocharger, the coolant nozzle and plug it, the bolt fixing the oil supply pipe to the turbocharger, the clamp connecting the turbocharger with the oil return arm, the oil return hose and the turbocharger from the exhaust pipe. Note: Disconnect the oil return hose when removing the turbocharger.

Matters needing attention in automobile mechanical supercharging

When removing the supercharger, keep it clean, and all pipe joints must be blocked with clean cloth to prevent sundries from falling into the supercharger and damaging the rotor. Care should be taken not to collide and damage the impeller during maintenance. If the impeller needs to be replaced, the dynamic balance test should be carried out. After reassembly, remove the blockage.

Cleaning: Because the supercharger often runs at high temperature, its lubricating oil pipeline is prone to local coking due to high temperature, which will lead to insufficient lubrication of the supercharger bearing and damage. Therefore, the lubricating oil pipeline should be cleaned after running for a period of time.
