Why can hard qigong be accelerated in the second quarter?
If we practice hard qigong according to the traditional practice method, and pay attention to "building a foundation in 100 days" and "first inside and then outside", "20 days is a myth.
Our knowledge, the pace of modern life, compared with the era of "small countries and few people" and "chickens and dogs hear each other", I don't know how many times faster. The slogan "Time is money, time is life and time is benefit" is well known. Engels: "All savings, in the final analysis, are time savings." Time has brought us everything, and the passage of time has also made us lose many opportunities. In this case, it is natural to find a quick and time-saving "shortcut". If you want to find a shortcut, you must start with the study of the traditional hard qigong cultivation procedure, grasp its internal laws, discard the false and keep the true, and simplify the complex, thus leading a new way and embarking on a "fast" road. In the process of studying and comparing different schools of hard qigong, we summarized some regular essences and deleted some unreasonable components. We changed "from the inside out" to "both internal and external training, doing both", and turned the boring "building a foundation in a hundred days" into an interesting rapid internal training method ... In a word, all things are based on the principle of "saving time" that does not violate the work theory, and the standard of "saving time" is gradual. When you can hit with a soft stick, you can practice the top wall at the same time. Luck first comes to the top of your head, then leans against a flat wall (or tree), keeps your head still, clenches your upper and lower teeth and breathes naturally. Top the front first, then the left and right sides, and the time will be gradually extended (1-5 minutes).
4, hit the wall (tree) method:
This method can be used when the top wall (or tree) is painless for a long time. First luck to the top of your head, hold your breath, and then hit the flat wall (or trunk) from light to heavy. 3. Note: After each exercise, massage alternately with your palm to promote blood circulation. If there are purple spots, it is normal, don't worry.
4. Special exercise for lesbians: practice more luck (2-3 times a day, each time 10- 15 minutes). Massage the breasts from light to heavy, instead of slapping, but you can hit them up and down with a flat fist and then slap them with a soft stick. Therefore, the needs of the times and the pace of modern people's life call for the kind of "interesting qigong" that can't be practiced all the time in life (this word is the first concept put forward by the author)!
In China Tianyuan Qigong, the secret method of rapid gas collection and gas collection is also called "the method of penetrating heaven and earth". Its basic requirements are as follows:
The whole body is fully relaxed, the feet are about the same width from the shoulders, the legs are slightly bent, the arms are crossed like sitting in a high chair, the abdomen is round, the head is upright as if hanging in the air, the back is pulled, the shoulders are slightly bent in the morning, the fingertips are pointing to the sky, the palms are facing the ground, the eyes are slightly closed, and the tongue is on the palate.

Practice time: you can't practice all the time, the length is not limited, the more the better. If you practice while walking, working or meeting, you don't need to raise your arms, hang them down or put them on the table, and your legs can be straight. You just need to think about the operation of heat flow in your mind.
Practice reaction and effect:
After practicing the secret method of heaven and earth once or several times, you can obviously feel fever, numbness, heartbeat, or warm current, electric numbness, top-down micro-airflow, or cold, fresh, heavy, light floating, or bowel sounds, loss of breath (fart) and so on. These are the normal phenomena that the essence of nature enters your body and activates the true qi in your body (the ancients called it "getting angry"). Don't panic at all, just let nature take its course and keep practicing.
Practicing "Tian Tong Guan Qi Secret Method" can treat hypertension, rheumatism, rheumatoid disease, insomnia, amnesia, dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, kidney deficiency, impotence and other chronic diseases, with outstanding curative effect.

"Dan" is the name of Taoist Qigong for "air mass". Generally speaking, qi gathers together in a certain way, which is called "Dan". "Dan" is the product of high accumulation of "jing yuan" and has the characteristics of high energy, high density and operability. Practice reaction and effect: there is attraction or repulsion between hands, palms or fingertips, which can't be pulled open, but there is resistance when closed; It is normal for Dantian to have a burning sensation all over his body, whether it is heavy or light, cold or warm. If you practice for a long time, you can form an air mass (air dome) in Dantian, that is, "Dan". This product has special effects on treating hypertension, arthritis, dysmenorrhea, menoxenia, kidney deficiency, nephritis, impotence, premature ejaculation, infertility, no ejaculation and nocturnal emission.
Long-term practice of the "secret method of mixing elements and breathing" in martial arts can make the internal qi fill the limbs, make the whole body full of qi and blood, be fearless of blows, go into battle lightly, and be fearless in times of crisis. Third, Xiao Zhoutian's quick method:

Exercise time: anytime, 15- 40 minutes each time, the more the better. So that we can get through the small Sunday.
Exercise coping: After abundant internal qi is aroused, you will feel like hot water when you get there. Sometimes it's very comfortable to be numb with heat, and sometimes it may sting, but don't scratch it with your hands to avoid bleeding and air leakage.
3. Don't be obsessed with "Little Sunday":
The skill of Xiao Sunday is one of many skills, so you don't need to practice it. Like many things, it is not only useless but also harmful to be too obsessed with small Sundays.
From the above, we already know that the smoothness of Xiao Zhoutian is based on the filling of internal qi. Once the internal qi dissipates, Xiao's Sunday is likely to be "unable to move." For example, nocturnal emission and diarrhea may cause "impassability" phenomenon, especially for married students. "My hard-working little Sunday can't be ruined like this, can it?" Many people will bear heavy thoughts and great mental pressure, and even many people will jump off buildings.

There is only one way: don't cling to Xiao Sunday!
