Starting from November 27, some roads in the Wenzhou section of Shenhai Expressway are planned to be closed for construction (with detour plan attached)

The first phase

1. Construction time

From November 27th to 29th, from 20:00 to 20:00 every day 08:00 on Sunday (scheduled in case of rain or bad weather).

2. Construction section

G15 Shenhai Expressway section from Feiyun to Yueqing in the direction of Taizhou.

3. Control measures

①The entrances to Taizhou Feiyun, Ruian, Tangxia, Wenzhou South, Wenzhou East, Qidu East and Daqiao North toll stations of Shenhai Expressway are closed;

② The main diversion at Feiyun exit in the Taizhou direction and the backup diversion at Wanquan hub;

③ Normal traffic in the Fujian direction.

4. Control measures

① Vehicles traveling from the Fujian direction of the G15 Shenhai Expressway to Taizhou are recommended to take the G15 Shenhai Expressway Wanquan Hub → transfer to the S10 Ring Expressway Southwest Line → via S10 Wenzhou Ring Expressway North Line Phase 1 → Via G1523 Yong-Dongguan Expressway → Continue towards Taizhou; or get off at Feiyun Toll Station → Take 104 National Highway to Wenzhou South Toll Station → Pass G1513 Wenli Expressway → Via S10 Wenzhou Ring Expressway Phase 1 of the North Line → via G1523 Yong-Dongguan Expressway → continue towards Taizhou;

② Vehicles from the G15 Shenhai Expressway in the Taizhou direction to the city can go to the G15 Shenhai Expressway and get off at the Feiyun Toll Station →Take National Highway 104 into the city. The second phase

1. Construction time

From December 1st to 3rd, from 20:00 to 08:00 the next day (delayed in case of rain or bad weather).

2. Construction section

G15 Shenhai Expressway from Beibaixiang Hub to Feiyun in Fujian direction.

3. Control measures

①The entrances of G15 Shenhai Expressway to Fujian direction, Bridge North, Qidu West, Wenzhou East, Wenzhou South, Tangxia and Ruian Toll Stations are closed;

②The main diversion from Beibaixiang Hub in the direction of Fujian and the backup diversion from the Yueqing exit in the direction of Fujian;

③Normal traffic in the Taizhou direction.

4. Control measures

① Vehicles traveling from the Taizhou direction of the G15 Shenhai Expressway to the Fujian direction can transfer to the S10 Wenzhou Ring Expressway North at the G15 Shenhai Expressway North Baixiang Hub Line Phase 1 → Pass S10 Wenzhou Ring Expressway North Line Phase 1 → Pass S10 Wenzhou Ring Expressway Southwest Line → At Wanquan Hub → Transfer to G15 Shenhai Expressway → Continue to the direction of Fujian;

② From S26 Zhuzhou Vehicles traveling from Yongxing Expressway to Wenzhou and S10 Wenzhou Ring Expressway from Yangyi direction to Fujian via G15 Shenhai Expressway can take S10 Wenzhou Ring Expressway North Line Phase 1 → S10 Wenzhou Ring Expressway Southwest Line → at Wanquan Hub → transfer to G15 Shenhai Expressway → Continue to the direction of Fujian;

③ Vehicles on the G15 Shenhai Expressway heading towards the city can detour to S10 Wenzhou Bypass Expressway North Line Phase 1 → Exit the expressway at Wenzhou North Toll Station → Enter Urban area;

④Vehicles heading towards Ruian City on G15 Shenhai Expressway can detour to S10 Wenzhou Bypass Expressway North Line Phase 1 → G1513 Wenli Expressway → Exit the expressway at Wenzhou South Toll Station → Via Go on National Highway 104.

Warm reminder:

During the construction period, drivers of passing vehicles are required to follow the traffic signs on the construction section and obey the instructions of the on-site management personnel.

Before traveling, please plan your driving route in advance, be sure to "prepare for exits early, and do not change lanes on solid lines." When getting on the bus, remember to "wear seat belts and life belts, both in the front and back seats." It is strictly prohibited to park on the highway except in emergencies. In the event of an accident or breakdown, remember to "call the police if the car pulls over and people evacuate."
