100,000 rural villa design drawing teaches you how to transform a small apartment into a villa
A villa in a big city can cost several million, or even tens of millions. Many golden collar workers have begun to return to their hometowns and build their own single-family villas. Can you own a luxury villa for less than 100,000 yuan?! Let’s take a look at a classic villa case. In the decoration industry, I have collected a complete collection of rural villa design drawings and renderings to fully show you how a rural villa is made.
Key points of house renovation: Farmer house decoration
1. There must be a yard, and there must be at least 3 yards, front yard, backyard and inner yard. 2. There should be a porch and a patio at the entrance. 3. Plant bamboo. 4. Be Chinese-style, subtle, and restrained. 5. Every room should have north and south windows. 6. There must be a fish pond. 7. A large bathroom should have a large bathtub and a separate shower room. 8. It should... However, I later discovered that the truth is not that simple.
There are many difficulties in house renovation:
The topography of the house is very irregular, with concavities and protrusions, making it difficult to design; thirdly, although the land is large, the village only gives their family the right to use it. , no house is allowed to be built, because the front must be in line with the surrounding neighbors and cannot protrude forward, and there are other houses on the left and right. The design limitations are very large. Of course, the greater the difficulty, the more enthusiasm for soda creation can be stimulated.
In addition, there are some basic situations: I have two parents and a younger sister, both of whom work in the city. They usually go back to live with their parents on Saturdays and Sundays, so they each need a room. Add one more guest room, and that's 4 rooms.
1. Rural villa design drawings
First floor plan drawings
At the entrance of the house, a porch is made, and behind the porch is a patio. There is a stone window on the wall, with a shoe cabinet on the left and a living room on the right. The reason why the entrance is set inward is to avoid being exposed to rain and wind. Looking at the living room again, this is a super living room with a 270-degree view and a very square shape. It is lower than the dining room, so the actual floor height of the living room is 60CM higher than the dining room. On the north side of the living room is a glass door that can be fully opened. Towards another patio, there is a patio enclosed by antiseptic wooden flooring and solid walls, where you can sit and read in a daze.
To the east of the living room of the house is a road, which I call a winding path leading to a quiet place. The space between two solid walls is very Chinese and traditional. Go up 4 steps to the north. Turn left to go up to the stairs to the second floor. Turn right to the restaurant. Opposite is a wash basin. I deliberately designed the toilet on the first floor to be very small. As the saying goes, it can be sparse but not airtight. But wet and dry are still separated. The door of the toilet cannot open to the restaurant. This is a basic principle.
There is a long low window on the ground on the south side of the dining room of the house, which ensures that light can come in but the living room cannot be seen. To the east of the restaurant is a fully open floor-to-ceiling glass door, facing a fish pond in the inner courtyard, where caught fish can be kept. Wild. The restaurant is also square and can accommodate a round table. Chinese people like to have round tables when eating. This is also my personal experience. The kitchen and dining room are connected together and are relatively large, so two people can have breakfast inside. At the back is the garage and storage room. These are not buildings, but temporary buildings. Note that there is a large stove, which is used to burn food for the pigs. Of course, the rice cooked in a large stove is the most fragrant. There are also reserved pig houses and chicken coops.
Second floor plan drawing
This is the second floor plan. There are 4 rooms on the second floor. This is because of the large population. There are 2 rooms on the south side and 2 rooms on the north side. Except for the study room, they all have windows opening in the north and south, providing first-class ventilation and lighting effects. The rooms are not big. The bedroom should not be too big, which is also a requirement of Feng Shui, in order to gather Qi. People who live in a bedroom that is too large for a long time are prone to physical decline. The two rooms in the north and south have a high window and a low window on the patio. The sight is not penetrated, but there is a special light and shadow effect and good ventilation effect. This is also a clever trick that I couldn't come up with due to the limitations of the terrain. There is a balcony in the north and south, a large balcony in the south and a small balcony in the north.
The third floor is where I live, which is quite luxurious. But it's not well known. I call it "low-key luxury". This mainly reflects the fact that in this large bathroom, the village girl has higher requirements for the bathroom than I do. Take a look, a super double large bathtub and a separate shower room. The double basin also has a small balcony, and an LCD TV is installed in the bathroom. Living conditions in rural areas are now good.
There is no cloakroom. This is because the village girl works in the city most of the time, so she does not have too many clothes. A large wardrobe is enough. To the south is a terrace with a grape trellis, where you can bask in the sun and crack melon seeds. This hobby is similar to mine.
The master bedroom also has a very special design, that is, there is a row of slender windows at the head of the bed. When you open your eyes and lie on the bed in the morning, you can see the scenery outside. This is something I learned from a Korean movie "Untouchable". Seen from "The Arriving Lover". But what Koreans see is the sea, and what we village girls see are crops and livestock.
2. Rural villa renderings
This is a bird's-eye view of the entire house. The neighbors are on the left. I left a distance of 50cm in order to provide ventilation for the small bathroom. On the right (east) is an irregular small flat factory building, which does not affect the line of sight. There are neighbors in front and farmland behind.
Rendering of the east facade, with large white walls and small windows. The art of white space. Note that the two sloping roofs hidden inside are sloping inwards, which is the traditional approach of "don't let the rich water flow to outsiders' fields". hey-hey. At the back are the reserved pig houses and temporary garages.
View from behind. The blue one is the fish pond.
Irregular yard, roof terrace and grape trellis.
How to build walls and entrances. It should be placed on the stone lion, haha, but it’s a pity that I can’t draw it. Even before entering the door, you can feel the unique atmosphere. It is definitely not an ordinary village girl.
The corresponding room entrance is "humbly open-minded".
I spent a lot of effort to retain this patio. With the patio, everything is available. I sacrificed a little area, but gained a lot of interesting space. There's nothing better than sitting there and reading in the summer.
The twists and turns, the scenery changing at each step, I only gradually realized these things after I was 30 years old. Haha, the culture of the Chinese people is indeed much better than that of foreigners.
The low window between the kitchen and the solid wall effect of the patio. On the left is the living room and on the right is the kitchen.
3. The actual scene of the rural villa after completion
This is the gate
The "Daoyujian" where the calligrapher was asked to inscribe and the courtyard have not yet been planted with turf.
The patio behind the entrance. Originally, I planned to put a few plastic bamboos, but the owner actually planted 5 real bamboos. "It is better to eat without meat than live without bamboo." With bamboo, the style of the house has become much higher.
Founder’s living room.
Looking at the inner patio from the living room, a row of low windows in the distance are the dining room windows.
Look at it from another angle.
This is the outside of the restaurant.
This is the kitchen. There are also bamboos outside the kitchen.
This is the study room, and there is no furniture yet. What should be mentioned here is that the entire house is equipped with a sound system. You only need to connect an MP3 player (on the table) in the study room. You can enjoy beautiful music in some rooms, including the outdoor terrace, bathroom and restaurant.
The music specially chosen by the host this time was very good, and we listened to it all afternoon. There is also a parents' bedroom and a guest room on the south side. Because they are all old furniture, I didn't take pictures.
Although the scenery on the terrace is average, it is much better than the reinforced concrete in the city! It is so pleasant to play cards and drink tea here in an afternoon.
Let me report later. The main building is about 250 square meters, with 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. It should be said that the area is relatively reasonable and economical to use. We don’t seek the most luxury, just enough for use. More attention should be paid to it. It’s the feeling of space. The specific cost is not very high, not counting land, civil engineering and decoration, electrical appliances, and gardens. It is only equivalent to the price of a 50-square-meter decorated single apartment in the city.
