In order to effectively prevent and control the air pollution caused by fireworks and firecrackers, and effectively improve the air environmental quality, according to the provisions of People's Republic of China (PRC) Air Pollution Prevention Law, Fushun Fireworks Management Regulations and other relevant laws and regulations, the municipal government decided to implement temporary measures to prohibit the sale and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers in urban areas (counties) during the Spring Festival and Lantern Festival in 2023. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1.June 65438+1October 14 to February 5, 2023 (from the 23rd to 15th of the twelfth lunar month), the production, operation, transportation, sales, mailing and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited all day in the urban built-up areas and counties of Xinbin County and Qingyuan County.

2. Whoever, in violation of the provisions of this Circular, produces, operates, transports, sells or mails fireworks and firecrackers within the specified time and area shall be investigated and dealt with by the public security organs and emergency and market supervision departments according to law, and if serious consequences are caused and a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
